These were so yummy! I ordered 2 separate days for parties. Both times the food was amazing. The employees are friendly and helpful. These are even yummy pulled out of the freezer and warmed up pretzels and Beignets for a snack! Thank you Thirst!

I’ve had really great experiences at all the other Thirst locations, but I was in the area and went to the West Jordan location today. I’m so disappointed. I ordered an April O’ Neil with Diet Mtn. Dew and the Hawaiian pretzel bites. The drink tasted horrible, I think either the syrups or the Diet Mtn. Dew was bad. And the pretzel bites were so undercooked in the center. I’ve never had this happen at any other Thirst location. I’m incredibly disappointed.

It's a drive through so only 3 on atmosphere. The people were prompt and friendly. It's expensive soda.

Just went through your drive-through ordered a Dr Pepper 44 ounce and a couple other things. The guy that took my order gave me a diet Dr Pepper so he must’ve typed it in wrong. Things happen but then I go back to tell them that I don’t want the diet Dr Pepper that I ordered a regular Dr Pepper and she charges me for a new one. Customer service is not happening.

The best best best soda and snack place in Utah! Don’t bother with the other ones!! Drinks are always on point and the pretzels and beignets are the best. Love the loyalty program too! Just also have to say I’m absolutely crushed the Midvale location is closed 💔

I frequent the WJ location and love it! Beignets and pretzel bites are fresh and top notch quality. Thirst’s snacks really put them above the other soda shops- no microwaved foods here! We always enjoy the delicious fruit pure in our drinks too. 10/10 recommend.

I’m so disappointed by this location. I love Thirst. Enough to spend $50 on their crew neck. But I’m so disappointed that I moved to South Jordan and that this is the only location near me. I came yesterday and asked the cookies were nut free (my baby is allergic) and the employee said “Oh I’m not sure” and just stared at me…ok never mind. No cookie then. So I ordered pretzel bites. I had to wait 5 minutes in the parking lot for them to be ready. Drink tasted watered down.

It wasn’t great, but again, I love Thirst, so I came again tonight. I was reallllyyyyu craving their cookies. And I left my baby at home this time since apparently nobody knows about the allergies.

Well this time, I sat at the window for over 5 minutes with nobody coming to take my order. I checked their hours repeatedly and made sure they were open, but nothing. Eventually I just left and drove off. But I saw someone sitting in the back on their phone.

Disappointed. I guess I’ll have to save thirst for when I’m closer to SLC. I don’t think I can be a regular customer at this location.

We had Thirst cater our daughter’s reception last night. We had them do a didn’t bar and pretzel bar for us. They were very professional and our guests loved it! We had lots of out of town guests who don’t have the whole soda bar thing going on where they live and they raved about it. The pretzels were a hit with all age groups. They were delicious and in generous serving sizes. Loved that they had multiple sweet and savory options for them. I’d 100% recommend them and would hire them again.

I really liked it but it was not worth the half hour wait for 3 drinks and the cost was increased it used to be 89 cents a sparking water there but now it's 3 dollors

Every time I've come to this location the person taking my order at the first window is also the one making my order and giving it to me at the second window. This means wait times are usually a little bit longer. However, the worst part about this location is that when you pull up you can smell greasy cooking oil. Both times I've gotten a drink here I feel like my drink tastes like the oil. I can only handle two sips before dumping it out. I've gone to Swig and ordered the exact same drink just to make sure and it tastes WAY cleaner/crispier at Swig.

Drive through was a little confusing. Waited at the first window for over a minute so I pulled up to the second window and the girl working seemed super annoyed and told me to go back around. Totally fine with me just frustrating when there’s not really any kind of way to know which window to pull up to when you have never been to the location before. Drinks were good food was good, I just felt like I was inconveniencing the employees for stopping by.

We placed a catering order online, but when we got there, they stated that they didn’t receive the order. Showed them the receipt. They then started making them. We ordered the salted and parmesan cheese. When we opened the food, they looked exactly the same and tasted exactly the SAME!? 🫠🫠 but their pretzel bites are big. They have the best deal for catering.

My advice is, food is good. Just maybe call them to confirm the order when you order online. Not decent experience with them though.
