The staff was very friendly and helpful, some of the most genuine and helpful services I've had in a long time, pretzels were good sauce dips were a good size and I was softened up with free pop corn. Definently worth the detour.

I do not recommend this specific location at all! This experience has made me completely distrust Thirst’s reliability and quality. I waited all day on my birthday to get maple beignets in the evening, so I was extremely disappointed that the employees said it was too late for beignets and I needed to come earlier. I had come in the evening many times and they were still open for over an hour. I left so disappointed and wishing I had canceled the soda I went home with. I was really looking forward to the beignets though and tried to place an order at the Draper location. I was able to pick up fresh and hot maple dipped beignets from the extremely professional Draper location. At 10:22pm! They really saved the day and I am so grateful for the Draper location. It’s clear to me that the West Jordan (this) location is just poorly run with undisciplined staff. The boy and girl working there were far more occupied with their own conversation to sell me beignets. Literally they just did not feel like it. This was in the evening around 9:30-10 on August 29. Also, in the drive thru, a group of teenage boys came over and tapped on my window trying to get my attention …which I ignored. I was too distraught over the beignets in my initial review to mention that, but this unprofessional location just sucks in every way

We were super excited to try out the new thirst location but never got to because while looking at the menu they completely skipped getting our order. We were in line for 10 minswaiting to place an order, even got to the pick up window and no one showed up for us to talk to. We were there while it was busy but customer service was awful. Hoping to try again

This location never has beignets although it's one of their main items. It's happened 2 out 3x's I've taken my kiddos here and it was pretty disappointing . One time they had it was doughy in the middle
