This was my first time visiting Waffle Love and I was quite impressed with it, everything was freshly cooked and I know I will be back again, although my son was disappointed in his order that they didn't have any more bananas ? which they could have sent someone to go buy more, but he had been there before and also enjoyed it as well! Overall it was very good ?..

Genuinely disappointed. Headed here for breakfast and there was a female employee leaning against the wall who didn’t even acknowledge anyone, I ordered and then I sat down and starting eating and found 4 DIFFERENT HAIRS IN MY FOOD. It was black and there was only one girl who had black hair on the line. When I politely brought it to the staffs attention, the girl who helped me was nice and then went and told the girl who got the hair in my food what she did and the girl said “who said that? Her?” And pointed directly at me and gave me the DIRTIEST look. That girl was very snotty and rude and it’s safe to say I will not be returning to this place EVER again.

We love the food and we have always loved this place , but in this store the kids that work in here need to act like customers matter , at least say hi , hello , something is better than acting like we aren’t here .Even after trying to talk to them , nothing and we get it , this generation is different .

Got the breakfast plate with keto waffle, I didn't even realize they didn't ask how done I wanted the fried egg. Got home and the egg was runny and all over everything in the box. It was disgusting. I just threw the whole thing in the microwave for a few minutes. But then everything definitely had that microwave taste. Although the keto waffle (essentially a waffled egg) tasted horrible. I almost threw the whole dinner away. Pulled out Sriracha sauce and masked the taste of most of the food.The bacon was good. And the rest of the family enjoyed their meals.
