Nothing more annoying than being told to move away from the window and wait for your food for 9 minutes 41 seconds (yes I timed it since it happens almost every morning I come here). Meanwhile not a single person goes through the drive thru. Go ahead and cheat the system to make your drive thru numbers look better than they are for corporate but don't forget to serve the ONLY person at your store.

Took 25 minute to get through fast food line, and it was only 5 cars deep. Couldn’t get out. Wendy’s is terrible!!

We ordered frosty’s and nobody was behind us, so I decided to pull out my spoon and pull off the lid before pulling away. The gentleman who served us was staring at me with a disapproving face, so I rolled down the window and he asked me to move along. I explained there was nobody behind me and he told me he is getting rated based on time in the drive through. I’m not sure if this is poor management or poor customer service. The frostys are great, but I’m not likely to visit this one again even though I live close by.
The food is amazing there best frosty I have ever had, BUT when the manager works the drive thru like today about 12:10pm lunch he is impatient rude talks over you he rush’s you talks over you before you can complete what your saying and when you get to the window he is rude gives you dirty looks (that may be his face) this is the 3rd time I have had him at the window and I will not be coming back to this store because of how rude the manager is

Very unhappy with service. They didn't take our order until they were done filling the order in front of us which took so long 2 cars left. They got my order wrong for 2 items. I'm glad I didn't place my usual order over $30

I tell people that Wendys has the best fast food burger out there… this location has changed my opinion. Never had a worse experience with food at any other burger joint. Burger was cold and the bun was a rock. Nuggets were even colder and fried in very old oil. They were almost black in color. Fries, yes you guessed it, COLD, limp and greasy. The employees laughed when i took my food back to the counter. They offered to remake it and I declined and left. I will never go back. I have been a Wendys customer my entire life… not anymore.

Just paid $15 for the worst combo meal i have ever had. From the watery diet coke to the stale hard buns… dont eat here. Also, its clear that they dont often change their fry oil. I will never do wendys again let alone this location. Lower your prices if youre going to serve subpar, almost inedible food.

Joe at the drive thru is extremely unprofessional and rude. It makes me dread going there every time because he seems over burdened when anyone orders more than 1 item. After each item he yells “anything else?!?!” repeatedly. He needs to change his attitude because he is really making customers uncomfortable to even be there.
