I ordered online in advance I got there waited 25+ minutes for food I pre ordered and no one was in front of me. No line but still waited for food I pre ordered.not one person smiled not one person was nice. Our food was so salty we can’t even eat the burger. So unhappy

man on orders at tonight was very impatient when he was taking my order. he yelled over me asking questions i would have said if he would have listened. i heard him yelling at the car in front of me too. all the food was cold and not up to temp as well.

Without a doubt THE slowest Wendy's in the valley. I'm often out working and stop at various places and this one always makes me late, or misses orders. They don't have big order customers pull forward so you have to wait every single time. It's been this way for years. Go somewhere else

I have came here multiple times and every single time I've been here I've had issues. Employees aren't rude. Manager has been rude. Very disrespectful. The customer service here sucks. The food is always room temperature or cold never warm. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Almost always get a biggy bag for $5 bucks. With a jr. Bacon cheese burger, fru 4 piece nug and a drink. Pretty inexpensive meal.

My wife and I visited the Wendy’s at 6828 S Redwood yesterday, and sadly, the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed the parking lot was almost empty—my wife even questioned whether we should go somewhere else. In hindsight, we probably should have.
I ordered the $8 JBC combo, and my wife got the Son of Baconator combo. Unfortunately, both meals were cold. The burgers tasted like they’d been sitting in a fridge, not freshly made. The bun on mine was noticeably hard, and the patty seemed smaller than ever. I couldn’t help but think, “Where’s the beef?”—which is ironically one of Wendy’s most iconic slogans.
The fries were lukewarm at best, and definitely not hot or fresh. Even the soda machine was underwhelming—several drink options were unavailable, likely because the syrup had run out.
Wendy’s used to be one of my go-to spots for quality fast food, but it really feels like they’re cutting corners lately. This location in particular left us feeling like we wasted our time and money. Hope they can turn things around.

I like so much this place!! They have always a smile to you, really nice people, when I go to buy fast food honestly I don’t expect a lot, but they always surprise me with their high energy🤩

I got my order fast but no napkins. Room temp. fries and i ordered Chicken Asiagio and it was room temp. I'm never going back. I gave them one last chance cause the last time i went there the taco salad was old and awful.
I will be talking with the District Manager and Corporate for the rudeness of crew answering phones

I ordered online fifteen minutes ahead of time but still had to wait for fries. Waiting for fresh food is not an issue. When I got home the spicy chicken sandwich had a tiny rubbery soggy piece of completely gross and inedible chicken. I guess Wendy’s is again out of the rotation
