I went here just the other day with some friends! And we had a good time, but when I went to take my order the person who took my order was very grumpy and mean towards me I told her have a great day and she just glared at me. And the food was quite cold.

This specific location is Terrible at the drive thru. After 3 sucky experiences here, I will drive out of my way to go to any other Wendy's I can't tell if they are short staffed, or if who is working is just inept. 3 Sundays in a row had the same experience - super long wait to place order ( it looks like they literally do one car at a time) -a communication barrier that gets either the order or the amount wrong (told one total when ordering, then my card is run for a different amount...it's been only a few dollars difference but still frustrating to be told 8.64 and then have your card run for 10.75...I believe she might be telling the subtotal, then at the window is the taxed total) -a super long wait (compared to other Wendy's locations) for your food. Heaven help you if you are 3rd in line at the drive thru at this location on Sunday afternoon

The food was not what we ordered 😞 We didn't know until we opened it and we felt we shouldn't take it back. We were the only car, so it is not that the confused our order with someone else's.
Horrible experience using the mobile app at this location. - the staff was rude - we had to wait an excessive amount of time - they forgot an item - they didn’t make an item how we requested it

Spent close to 30$ for 2 salads that seemed like they were frozen and on the verge of growing legs and walking. I don’t know why there isn’t dates on them from when they were made. Also for that $$30 we got 2 chilis My girlfriend found a whole hamburger patty cut in half and shoved in the little cup of chili plus no crackers no chili sauce no sour cream. That should be mandatory but I did ask and didn’t get any of it… Waste of money!!!

If you’d like to get food that you didn’t order then go here. I really like Wendy’s burgers when it’s made well but honestly this place can’t ever seem to get my order right. I just need to learn my lesson & stop going there. This was my 3rd & last time going here. The food was just gross & the price is a ripoff!
