Whole experience was awful. We went through the drive thru. Had a hard time placing my order and the screen wasn’t working. The fries were burnt and inedible. Chicken nuggets were soggy and our sauce was missing. Didn’t get a receipt. Tried to call and complain and no one answered. Will not go to this location again.

Third time in a row that the drive-thru order has been incorrect. People go to fast food places for any number of reason, least of which is with the anticipation that what is being requested and paid for actually shows up in the bag. Done. Won't be visiting this location again. So disappointing. Started off great a few months ago but has steadily gone down hill. 😞

Got the order wrong 3 times. It is not hard when some one asks for barbecue sauce give them it or say you don't have it just don't give them something random. If someone orders a medium fry don't give them a value fry

My 16 year old daughter just got home crying and in full blown panic attack!!!!! Apparently, the woman at the drive though (who took her order and gave the order out the window) full on was yelling and screaming at her in Spanish. My advice to all parents with a teen (or hell....children at any age..16 years to 97 years old) DO NOT (even if they have been lost in a desert without food and water for 17 days, were biten by a rattle snake in both legs, abducted by aliens, and have a 3rd degree sunburn over 98% of their bodies) ever let them support this business!
Just trying to get an order for my family and I have to explain for order for 5 minutes just to get everything wrong. IF YOU CANT SPEAK ENGLISH WHY ARE YOU TAKING MY ORDER. Had to go to the window and explain everything I’m missing just to get charged extra then what she even gave me then rolled her eyes and grunted like listen, if you can’t understand what I’m saying why are you taking my order. And then get mad after I politely say we are missing stuff. Didn’t even come home with my full order still missing an entire meal THAT I PAID FOR.

Went orders two fish sandwiches, two biggie bars and got two Dave’s singles and one of the fries was missing and my order took 20! Minutes

Drive through did not know how to take an order correctly. Asked me to pull forward for nothing manager had to help her. Still got the wrong food ordered sandwich with Swiss. Gave me cheddar I'm allergic to cheddar. Get your stuff together companies seriously need to train staff better
