Drive through did not know how to take an order correctly. Asked me to pull forward for nothing manager had to help her. Still got the wrong food ordered sandwich with Swiss. Gave me cheddar I'm allergic to cheddar. Get your stuff together companies seriously need to train staff better

This Wendy's is by far the most frustrating I've been to. I keep trying it again hoping for better service (because it's close to home) and am disappointed every time. They always have issues with mobile orders (missing items, sending me back through the line because their system is slow and doesn't have the order.) They also always have me pull forward then serve 4-5 other customers while I wait for my order to be walked out to me. Both happened tonight! They apologized for making me go through again then promptly asked me to pull forward. 3 cars have now passed me. Never. Coming. Back.

I did an order through the mobile app and had it delivered. Halfway through my son of baconator some of it had fallen out and there was a plastic string fiber with an ANT. A freaking bug was in the food and I’ve never been so disgusted. I don’t know what’s happened to Wendy’s but their quality is clearly not there and they don’t care.

Wendy’s we have become accustomed to the very sad state of the fries either stale to the point of being inedible or the oil used to cook them being so dirty the fries are almost brown yuck but alas we don’t have high expectations there but to be out of onions?!?! This cannot be forgiven !!!

Worst experience ever! We have been to this location a few times and they always want to rush you at the drive threw window. This lady asked us twice not even seconds after the first time. You could not understand her as well. She messed up our order again. I ordered a Krappy Patty meal and got just a burger. A younger guy came to the window finally and asked me what I ordered and I told him she said something in Spanish and she did not know I speak Spanish so I told her what I ordered. I did not even get the whole meal or packaging it is supposed to come in or shake. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK! he finally game me a drink and a fry but this whole experience is disappointing and will not be back!

They rushed to quick i couldn't ask for sauce or anything. I asked the guy who rushed us if it was plain he said yes No it's has everything on it.
This is your typical Wendy's fast food restaurant. Out of all the Wendy's I have been to multiple times, this one is probably the best of them. Sometimes they can be a little slower and make the occasional mistake, but compared to other Wendy's they are usually much better. They definitely have room for improvement, but most places do, especially "fast food" restaurants. I have had more positive experiences than bad experiences at this location and will continue going here.

Whoever owns or manages this location needs to put better people in the morning time, I've had my order incorrect 3-4 times, they have trouble understanding, they never repeat order, i also tried ordering online and still my order was made incorrect. I am never coming back to this location.
