Black Bear Diner West Jordan

We had the meatloaf, and it was absolutely delicious! Ana was our server, and she was outstanding!

Our server was Alex! He was very attentive, generous, and considerate to how our vibe was. He made our experience feel very easy going. All the service was excellent. Ask for Alex next time you visit.
Clean bathrooms, tidy tables, and quick service. Probably of my favorite black bear diners to visit. 😄

Not sure what is happening to black bear diner. I used to be obsessed with their breakfast. Now every time I go, the food is just sub-par. Seems like they burn everything. Eggs look like terrible, I asked for them to be redone. They came out the same. Burned on the outside and gooey in the center

The restaurant in Jordan landing was so cold our food was cold before we could eat it. We had breakfast, the hash browns were burnt. Lousy food. We won't be back

All the orders of fries were soggy and oily that was ( 7 ) orders and all the chicken tenders oders were way way over cooked

It's impossible to make a complaint about this place, it's always good, on every front!

Very small dining area inside. Kid friendly. The food and beverage options were very delicious❣️ Would definitely recommend trying❣️

Eating here it hit or miss every time we go there you never know what surprise you will get between the service/ food! My steak was overcooked the eggs and the rest was fine!! It’s the same vibe every time if we get good service food is no good and is the food is good not good service ..

Food, service and atmosphere 10/10 even the bathroom was clean my family and I have been a couple of times.
We bought some stuffed bears as souvenirs.

I needed to change my baby's diaper and when I did, the changing table was located in a bad place and was very high for those of us who are a little short in height.

Excellent food. I always try something different every time I come, and it's always been fantastic. I really appreciate the volume of the background music being much quieter than most places. I prefer to talk with the people I'm eating with, and I love that I don't have to yell. The servers are always gracious and accommodating.
