Wow, where do I even begin? This morning we decided to stop on by black bear. The food was amazing, the host amazing. Our server was nothing short of phenomenal! She waltzed to our table with a smile that could outshine the sun and provided service so stellar, it left us starstruck. Every request was met with lightning speed and a grace that could rival a ballet dancer. If I could give more than five stars, I'd sprinkle them like confetti! An unforgettable experience, all thanks to our server Aaliyah. ?????

Wow! I haven't been to a Black Bear Diner for a very long time, but we found the place to have decent service with the food coming out quick and soooo much food for a good price. Neither of us could finish all the food. Tasted good. Almost too many choices on the menu. If you want a great diner, go here!

This place was absolutely packed Saturday morning about brunch time. The process to get on the list is pretty stupid too. Just about had people cutting in front of us just to talk to the hostess. Was not having that. The food was sub par. Floppy bacon, luke warm fries and what tasted to be fermented oranges in the orange juice. Only good thing about the experience was the staff. Super friendly and did what they could to get us helped. All the while dealing with a party of what had to have been 24 people next to us. Needless to say we most likely will never be going back.

I’ve been a huge fan and steady customer since BBDiner opened, but service is on the decline. Food is good and bathrooms are clean, but likely will not return. 4.26.24 took the family about 6:30- I felt terrible that we inconvenienced the hostess by walking in and needing a seat. She must have had something very important on her phone as she gave an audible sigh, no greeting, tossed our menus on the table and returned to her phone. The food was good, I don’t mind waiting for hot food, this was not hot but still good. The kitchen expo was prepping salads, touching food, her phone, her face, etc without washing hands or wearing gloves. Our server was very attentive but never brought our check, we approached the cashier (manager?) who was inconvenienced to look up from her phone, but only after about 10 seconds of awkward silence. Service from all but our server was not only unprofessional, but unfriendly. I’m sure management can connect the dots between the amount of empty seats on a Friday night and the level of customer service provided.
