This location has done the best at consistently giving a fresh order. My favorite place to go after work. I’m always super happy with it. Cam was very nice 😊 I’ll be back again

I came here in the morning for pick up and the guy in the green shirt asked for a minute, and after he asked for my name, doubled checked my order, and was super nice and friendly! The food was piping hot and fresh, and it was packaged neatly & seasoned well! Wings were good sized too

HORRIBLE management and TERRIBLE service. Fries were not even a large wings were a mix of old and new wings and HARDLY sauced. Last I recalled we ordered WINGS not chicken NUGGETS. Food wasn’t even hot. Kam THE GENERAL MANAGER was VERY unhelpful stating he has to contact the DISTRICT MANAGER FOR A REFUND? Or that it takes 5-10 business to process a refund?? Who offers a partial refund for terrible food that’s untouched?? Not to mention we offered to drive all the way back and Kam stated it’s not necessary because he believes it’s bad? Terrible! train your employees better instead of wasting peoples time and having an arguing match with your customers over the phone and expecting them not to be upset. Never coming back to this location again!

Accidentally ordered to the wrong location. Waited forever at the location near me to find out I ordered to the wrong place. Everyone refused to help me at either location. NEVER EATING WINGSTOP AGAIN. The location names to order online are literally exactly the same except the very last digits. HORRRRIIIBBBBLLLLLLLEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This place is fun! Ordering from here is like buying a gacha box. You never know what you’ll get! You give them an order and they give you whatever they feel like! Hopefully it’s what you ordered, but probably not! Oh well, that’s all part of the wingstop magic! Their website says you can cancel your order, but what they really mean is you can’t! Expect a long wait for the food. It really adds to the suspense. Exciting! When you order from here, it might take up a large portion of your night, so make sure you carve out a lot of your time so you can really enjoy the wingstop experience!

My harrowing tale begins when I placed a carry out order online. To start, I selected the wrong location. That was fully my bad. However, when I showed up at the location I intended, I was told by a very nice woman to cancel the incorrect order and she would ring me up there. Sweet. I go to the confirmation email and call up the incorrect store. I am told they can’t cancel it because it’s already made. Well, that blows. But again, totally my bad. However, nowhere in the confirmation email does it say I can’t cancel an order once it’s been made. I would love if that could be clarified, especially when the time frame for my order to be done from the time I placed it was 6-11 minutes. Great service time, but that leaves a very small window for me to be able to cancel if something, such as my own foolishness, takes place. So I get my sweet baby back into the car and we drive to the location where my order awaits. Now, it’s on 90th south and it’s 6pm. The traffic is nightmare fuel, to say the least. Thankfully, the aforementioned sweet baby falls asleep in the car. A small mercy. I finally get to the correct wingstop and pick up my order. By the time I get home this whole ordeal has costed me about an hour. My angelic husband can tell that I am about to grind my teeth into dust, so he takes it upon himself to plate the food for us. Then comes my most dreaded phrase: “did you order all bone-in?” For whatever reason, I am a Boneless Wing Only type of gal. I can’t stomach eating any meat on the bone. I double and triple check my order. I did in fact order mine boneless. I’m essentially catatonic on the couch. My husband went above and beyond and ventured out to get me some food from Taco Bell. Really wish I had my wings, though. Or my thirty bucks back. Probably my thirty bucks back.

I've ordered to pick up from here numerous times and the food has been consistently great, it's become a favourite in our house. We find that an 8 or 10 piece combo meal with an upgraded side is plenty of food to fill up my husband and myself. Always get the BBQ and then play around with other flavours, but they're all great.
The staff here are really nice and pretty friendly, they always have the food ready really quickly and they do a great job we appreciate you guys!
Never had a problem finding parking here and there are always plenty of seats inside, really recommend this place!

Great price for bone in wings! The food quality is good and the service is friendly and fast. I wouldn’t recommend boneless from any wing place. At least here it’s like a dollar a wing whereas most wing places nowadays charge outrages prices. I think the restaurant itself is fairly clean but we haven’t dined in. The staff has always been smiley and friendly enough! Would recommend the Voodoo fries! They’re spicy, tasty, cheesy and come in a pretty big portion for their normal size. You can easily share them with another if y’all are also sharing some wings too!
