Lesley who took our order was absolutely ignorant had attitude with us rolled her eyes. Cooks in the back were swearing loud and goofing off. I don't recommend this store it has bad reviews for a reason and obviously management doesn't read reviews or just doesn't care.

Staff is super rude at night, the girl at the front ignored us when we asked how much longer for our order and continued to help other customers out although we had been standing there before them… we waited over an 1 hour for our order all though online it said 24-29 minutes. The wait wouldn’t be so bad if the girl at the front had a better attitude when dealing with customers.

Worst experience I’ve had at Wingstop. I placed an online order that said the food would be ready in less than 30 minutes. I waited 1 hr 15 min. I believe they lost my order because by the time I had to just give up and leave to be with family for the holiday they were quoting another 20 minutes. Big waste of time and I had to leave empty handed

WORST experience dealing with a food order I have ever had!!! We had a catering order placed at 3 o’clock on New Year’s Eve. Supposed to be delivered at 7:15 PM. At 7:40 I called the location to see what was going on with the order? The worker on the phone proceeded to tell me that our DoorDash driver left because they were so backed up. I said we ordered on your app. You guys need to get another Driver there to pick up our order. She told me no, so I asked to talk to a manager. The manager was somewhat pleasant and told me there was nothing he could do and we would have to come pick up the food so I told him to refund my $200 catering order and to cancel the ticket! An hour and a half later the order I canceled and asked for a refund showed up COLD, soggy and absolutely on inedible! I will be fighting for a full refund, especially when I said we don’t want the food! My sister had a horrible experience with the same location on the same night and is currently talking to the GM about her experience and I will be too. Absolutely unacceptable service from Wing Stop and door dash!

We had a large online order that we placed at 3 pm for a 7:15 pm delivery. By 8 we were told the Door Dash driver left because he waited too long for the order to be ready and although we had already paid the delivery fee and tip that we would have to come get the order. We cancelled the order and asked for a refund and was met with push back, obstinacy, and rudeness. We were finally told that we would see a partial refund in 7-10 days only to have the $200 order of wings delivered after 9 pm with cold, soggy, 3 hour old food. Order at your own risk! Especially for delivery no matter how much advance time you give them. My review is negative 100 stars.

Worst experience ever! They said they could not deliver our order and we're going to refund the 200 dollars we paid. Then delivered it and left it on the doorstep two hours later. Absolutely freezing cold. And absolutely gross!! They will do nothing for us. Absolutely never stepping foot in this place ever again!!!

Ordered at store on New Years Eve. They wanted to charge me $20 more than ordering on app. I stepped outside Ordered on app, and picked up. Guy at counter appeared to be mad that I did it . Not my fault app price was cheaper than what he wanted to charge me at counter

This location stole from us. Ordered online waited a half hour then went to pick it up per our time given in the website. Get there and they are playing rap music very loud. We were told our dinner would be at least 45 minutes still. We said we wanted our money back. They said yes but it would take 6 business days. We asked for a manager, the worker said they can't give the managers names, we left. 1 month later, still no refund, they stole our money.

Ordered a couple meals for me and my family and they said it would take 15 to 20 minutes it took 45 minutes and I had to go up to the counter and I had to ask them if my food was ready. When I was ordering they asked me my name and I told them Easton. When it came it it was Jason and they never even called my name I had to go to the counter never going back to that location ever again!!!!! 😡😡😡
