3rd time I came in (90th and redwood), always 1hr or plus wait and lobby has always been empty better to go on 54th redwood they are always faster even if the lobby is pack and it sucks because this is closer to 90th redwood.

When paced order it said 25-30 minutes, I got there after 40 minutes and food was not ready. Told them about what their website stated when placed order, they were so rude. I asked how long will it take and they said 20 minutes more, but with a horrible attitude. I don’t understand how people work in customer service and they don’t provide good customer service. Will not be going to this place again.

I had placed an order through the app and scheduled a pickup 3 hours in advance. I showed up on time and was told it would be an additional 10 minutes. I can deal with that. But it was an additional 30 minutes before I had my order. I expressed my frustration about the delay and was told that they don’t usually make the order until you arrive to pick it up, which completely defeats the purpose of having a scheduled pickup time. The employee was not apologetic at all and overall it was not a good experience. The food is good, no complaints there. But if there is a scheduled pickup time, the order should be ready.

Don't waste your time like they wasted mine. Ordered 90 minutes before I needed my order and it was still 20 minutes late. Also missed $6 of ranch! Go somewhere else.

Pretty good place to stop in on a weekday for lunch. Otherwise, the weekend gets busy, just order to go. Food is good for the price, can't complain, wings always taste good, and that hot honey sandwich ?

Took WAY too long. I think they forgot about us until the employee came out to get a drink from the fountain machine. Waited about 45 min and we were the only ones dining in. No plugs ins anywhere to charge your phone. I think they shorted us probably 5 wings but we didn't count them. The fries were not great. Old grease.

Spectacular attention from the young man who gave us excellent advice in Spanish, the good thing about this place in addition to the food is that you can choose according to your preference if you like it. Sweet, Hawaiian or spicy touch they have a scale from low to high and the conbos are very good ahhh the house sauce at its point very tasty recommended 100%

I ordered online and itsaid I had to wait 30 minutes to pick it up. Got to the store and it took them a hour and a half to actually give me my food. Horrible service!!

Ordered only and after waiting the suggested 28-37 minutes I drove to the store to pick up my completed order. But to my surprise, there were 15-20 people in front of me waiting for their order. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my food. The gentleman at the counter could not provide a time frame. He would just go into the kitchen and not come back with any information. Terrible location
