Yogurtland West Jordan

Giving 5 star review, to recognize Lindy for the hard work she does. I visited yogurtland location in West Jordan & while her teammates where just in the back talking, she was the only one keeping the place clean. From cleaning the tables to sweeping, refilling candy etc. to wiping down machines. She definitely deserves the recognition at work! Keep up the hard work Lindy!!

Customer service was horrible. The employee working had a horrible attitude she didn’t acknowledge any of her customers when we paid she didn’t even give me the total!

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was busy and had no place to sit. One of the ice-cream machines didn't work but no big deal

We made a quick pit stop. There was no line. We were able to get in and out quickly. They offer military discount. The staff were very friendly. This is my second time here. I will be back.

watered down yogurt, no flavor

This location was clean, the staff was nice, and the energy was positive. My only feed back is I feel like it’s more of an icee style Froyo/yogurt soft serve then a smooth style. The flavor was good though just not smooth flowing. Also was missing the star pattern so it looks like good tasting poop in a cup.

ur doordash is never on. i’ve been trying daily for last 2 weeks and it always says closed then when i try to call the store you guys never answer

Good Frozen yogurt. Lots of topping options. I added fruit to kind, but the pineapple was ROTTEN sadly! I took mine to go so I couldn't fix the issue, so I recommend testing it first

Was very disappointed on Sunday when visiting this facility. There was no one behind the counter and teenagers were running in and out sampling and touching all the toppings, until a customer told them to stop. No workers anywhere. When we finally got up to pay a worker stood up from one of the tables. I guess she was on break? Not a hello or anything just the total amount due from the employee.

on tuesday, march 18th 2025 at approximately 9:40 my friends and i went to go get frozen yogurt at this location and we couldn’t get anything cause they had locked the doors already even tho they say they close at 10 on the door and online. the two employees working were just standing by the cash register on their phones and when we tried to open the door they just looked at us and continued on with looking at their phones. we even chose to come to this location over others because we thought it would be better. so disappointed and will not be returning.
