Great food, extremely tasty and large potions that lasted me more than one meal. The employees were friendly and quick as well!

Decent experience overall. They have a few options for both veg and non-veg, though it'd be helpful to have clearly marked items.

Vegetarian options: Tofu or grilled veggies is about it.

Today I ordered a bowl with chicken and the fixings. They skimped on all the ingredients and the bowl was half full. This location has the smallest portions. In addition, it is hard to talk over the loud music. Not my choice of locations.

We've been going here since they opened, came here tonight newer "manager" the people have definitely cycled out, but there already still a few that have been there a while .... unfortunately tonight we had the issue of meeting the new manager.. 😕 everyone that knows us there knows if we ask for more to just charge us.. not tell us "well that's what it comes with" we have no problem paying extra, as we always do.. this guy refused to put more cucumber 🥒 when we asked for ½ rice ½ cucumber.... when we have no issue paying extra for anything 🙄 he only lost out on money with that ... then had the audacity to say "he knows who we are" we've never seen him a day in our life! Orlando (Frontline face) and Laura the cook are always so kind... we often remind them if this, we are always so happy to see their faces! New manager... rid of him... he had 0 critical thinking skills.

The food is amazing but I guess I wasn't listening and I got the carrots and they were pickled. But the noodles were the best.

The food was delicious but be careful if you have a sensitivity to spiciness. Clean eating area and great music.

Like Chipotle but Asian. Soup was okay. lettuce isn't cabbage, im not sure why i got lettuce instead of cabbage. Little expensive for what I got and nothing special at all. Average American restaurant posing as Asian. Doubt it'll last long as is.

The food is great, but the service was crap. We brought our family of 5. All 5 of us got meals and they were dead on a Saturday night… the employees were rude, weren’t friendly, just kept giving my kids dirty looks.

We won’t be back at this location.

I went to Zao tonight for dinner. The guys behind the counter were super helpful and friendly. My son got the teriyaki chicken rice bowl and completely devoured it and he’s a picky eater. I got the banh mi chicken wrap, it had so many layers of good, fresh flavors. We will definitely be back.

We love Mondays at Zao! Kids eat free with an adult entree! Fresh & yummy food. Kinda bummed when we had to start paying extra for yakisoba noodles, but I totally understand! My kids choose Zao as one of their favorite places to eat.
