This place always has 8-10 cars waiting for there food in the drive thru while all the kids inside are talking and laughing they need new workers instead of teenagers don’t recommend coming to this Culver’s and when they get your food to you it’s always cold and you have to wait 30 plus mins to get your food

I seriously go here at least every other week. I hate how expensive it is and that I have to pay thirty to forty dollars every time my family goes to culvers. But darn it if it isn't the greatest quality fast food chain i've ever been to.
if I’m paying $10 for a meal, I expect to at least get one fry sauce with it. It is a joke that you want to charge for it.

We ordered multiple concrete mixers, and they all tasted gross. I’m assuming they didn’t change/clean the mixer tool between making them. The vehicle in front of us had multiple concrete mixers, too. I called and complained to the manager. One of the workers was handing the phone to the manager, and she probably didn’t think I heard her, but she sounded insulting and unprofessional, asking the worker, “What do they want?” in an annoyed tone. The manager didn’t even offer compensation for the $30 we spent on wasted food. I won’t be returning.

My son and I enjoyed lunch here at the West Point, Utah Culver's today. The burgers and fries were excellent. The service was great. The guy taking our order was new, but he did well. The store was clean.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.Horrible service!! We ordered online for curbside, arrived at the time we were told, and had to wait over 40 minutes to get our food!! Freaking hot fudge sundaes and onion rings... how the hell does that take 40 minutes? We ended up going into the store to get our food.When we got inside, there were employees just standing around, high fiving coworkers, screwing around, and not paying ANY attention to the lobby full of people or the drive thru line with AT LEAST 12 cars waiting.When we got our food, the onion rings were COLD, and instead of hot fudge, they put regular chocolate syrup.Nothing about our visit was acceptable. Don't know when/if I'll ever be back.

The service was horrible. The food was not very good. I was excited to try the place after seeing a commercial on TV. I was deeply disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with their service here. We have gone multiple times and it’s hit and miss on weather we get all of our order, forgotten about, or the custard is gritty. just waited 30 minutes in the drive through for ice cream only to have to get out of my car and go inside. Except this time the doors were locked (9:30 - way before closing time). Our concretes were done but no one had time to run them out to our car. I counted 3 people that ordered after me get their food. I’m surprised this place stays in business.

This place was so unorganized! First we walked in and the dining room was a disasters. Fries on the ground used napkins on the ground. Tables where not clean. Let me state we where the only ones in there. Second it smelt like urine. Would have left but my kids wanted shakes. So we decided to order 3 medium shakes and 2 medium fries, come on now fries go good with shakes. We got the fries really quick. The shakes took 30 min. Only one employee looked like she knew what she was doing, the other 4 looked like they had no clue what was going on.
I have learned not to order food here because the quality sucks, but their ice cream is tasty. The biggest disappointment is when you order their ice cream, wait in line for 20-30 minutes (for JUST ice cream), and then they bring it to you and it's literally soup. This location is terrible.

Simple and easier ordering experience, tasty food, great options for our family of 5, and good polite service.
First off, I quite enjoy the food at Culver’s. For the most part I have had a positive experience when I come here. However this time was a bit different. I ordered a concrete mixer. I was waiting a while, but there were a number of cars ahead of me so I figured they were just busy. However, after all the cars ahead of me had pulled away and were long gone, I was still waiting. After waiting for around half an hour, I called the store. They said they would remake it for me. It arrived after another 20 minutes.Amidst my waiting, I noticed a few employees walk by towards the parking lot. I thought they had clocked out and were headed home. However some time later another employee came out and went behind the dumpster, and four employees emerged.Throughout my waiting period an employee named Ryan checked on me periodically, and was eventually the one to track down my mixer and deliver it to me. If I could give him five stars and those other employees a one star I would. Overall I will probably come back to this location eventually, but it will take a while for the memory of this experience to fade.
