Extremely disappointed with their service here. We have gone multiple times and it’s hit and miss on weather we get all of our order, forgotten about, or the custard is gritty. just waited 30 minutes in the drive through for ice cream only to have to get out of my car and go inside. Except this time the doors were locked (9:30 - way before closing time). Our concretes were done but no one had time to run them out to our car. I have learned not to order food here because the quality sucks, but their ice cream is tasty. The biggest disappointment is when you order their ice cream, wait in line for 20-30 minutes (for JUST ice cream), and then they bring it to you and it's literally soup. This location is terrible.
