I’ve never had a worker be so rude and impatient! I am hard of hearing and ordering in person was an absolute nightmare! Between the loud fans, the overall restaurant noise and relying on reading lips with a language barrier; I had to ask the worker to repeat herself and she sighed and rolled her eyes at me MULTIPLE TIMES. I have a love/and dislike feeling for this location. Sometimes everything is spot on and great but as of recent, the last 4-5 times have been mediocre and a true disappointment. The service is the main reason. Cutting corners, not putting cheese on the tortillas when it’s supposed to be warmed up. The past three times I've ordered from here, they've gotten my order wrong. This most recent time, I paid $3 extra for a side of queso that they didn't even give me.
Whatever process they do for preparing takeout/delivery orders needs to be reworked if it's pushing out wrong orders as consistently as it has been.
