Drove by Friday, 3/21/25 at 5:15 pm, there was a trailer, sign did not say 2 Ducks Smoking (said Ebony and something, no photo) and was locked up tight.

Everything I had from this place was delicious and love.How conveniently close it is to our house.However, doesn't seem like they are here at the same location anymore.But the trailer is still parked there. Are you guys still open first service?

Bomb BBQ, I’d like to point out that they smoke low and slow over wood (NO pellets and average smokers 16hrs.). The trailer is clean, well maintained and the smoker is sweet, the pit master and chef literally begin there day at 3-4am. The smell is down south, citrus wood smell (the location is large lot off a busy road but easily accessible and good shade on a hot day). They compete with some big names for sure! My week is not over till I’ve had my 2 Ducks. The meat is juicy, has a sweet bark followed by a citrus, Smokey, fruity and down right gnarly flavor.
The sides: damn! Down right delicious, like momma used to make. The Mac salad is tangy, a back taste of peppers, and juicy. The potato salad is just as good. Soft taters, saucy and I eat it all in one sitting. The beans are great also, a good bean taste along with a sweet flavor to them.
Nice staff too. My appreciation for taking time to show a fellow smokin enthusiast your work place and what sets you guys apart from others. That citrus wood 🪵 , that just infiltrates your juicy meats and makes me salivate!

Bomb BBQ. Many bbq places don’t have that smoke flavor that you want and fully infiltrates the meat. Not only does the meats taste like a legit down south flavor but seeing the process myself. The smoker inside a clean trailer was next level. Citrus wood tops the joy I felt when I take my first bite. Ribs/ I taste a peach, fruity citrus smoke, the bite is juicy/ fatty/ jerky like bark. The spare rib is filling. Brisket had the same bite but nicely juicy. Chicken was juicy, and here’s the best part, I actually taste the smoke flavor from it. I can’t say that about many competitors. Give this place a try, down home, bbq food truck!
This is hands down the best bbq I’ve had in Utah. Good portion sizes and friendly owners. The sauces are out of this world and so are the baked beans.

This place was so yuck. I was stoked to try this place when they opened.I got a two meat plate with baked beans and potato salad. The pulled pork smelled and tasted horrible. The potatoes in the potato salad weren't cooked. (Actually crunchy.) Baked Beans tasted fresh out of the can. The Brisket had delightful texture, and was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, it was unseasoned and absolutely flavorless. I threw my enire meal in the trash. I wouldn't go back.
