I will consider changing this review with an apology for being ignored and a free shake.
Yes, my kid works there. We were going over to give some money to buy dinner but mainly because we wanted to order some onion rings and shakes. They knew we were there. My kid wanted to serve us but they would not let my kid take our order. Fries cooking were more important.
Five minutes later we were still waiting. Many drive thru orders were taken and a couple of others appeared to not be doing much of anything. But they still would not let anybody serve us or even take our order. Once we started walking out, the managing kid said something and we just kept walking.

Don't sleep on this place in Salt Lake. Better than big chains anyday. Not busy food was fresh and hot.
I have been going to Ab's for year's. But the last 2 times the service was horrendous. The girl at the drive through. Same girl both times is. Very rude. The wait time has always been longer than most drive ins. But has been worth the great tasting food. But both times over 40 mins from menu to getting food. That's ridiculous. It wasn't even during busy times. I will give it a month or so before I go again hopefully they will figure it out or I will just have to stop going there.
The food is good but the customer service had always been snobby and terrible whenever Ive gone there. Wait time is ridiculously long for a snack shack and my order has been made wrong quite often. There's not much room inside to walk if there's a family dinning in the middle of the area.

I haven’t been here in forever. But man it’s still just as good as I remember. We got burgers, chicken sandwiches, a corn dog and fries. The service was awesome and everything we got was fantastic.

Kinda gone down hill
