They cancelled my order 30 minutes after I had placed my order. There was no heads up or anything. They also take forever to notice customers when you are at the location.

This place has great food, but their service is terrible. They cancelled my entire DoorDash order tonight for no reason & they're still open for another three hours. There have been other nights where the delivery driver has called me because they've been out of things that they still had listed on the menu. I love the late hours, but what's the point when I don't get what I ordered?

Be careful of this place it actually charges you more than what they have advertised. Acording to cashier owner is well aware and continues to do it. Please check your receipts. I will reporting it to the bbb do to these practices.
Love it here !! This place has one of the most authentic latino desserts such as esquites, mangoladas, fresas con crema, platanos fritos, obleas, churros, just to name a few. You can come here to satisfy your cravings.

Most of the items are on the pricy side I had order a milk shake on the menu they gave me had a different price but apparently the price is diffent on the system...they still made it right and charge me the price on the menu. I felt the lady could've handle this situation a little different.

I wish I had paused to take pictures but I was too eager to eat... sorry! We ordered through grubhub and even with the outrageous delivery charge the food was well worth it and more affordable than what'd you get at a place that wants the style but lacks the culture establishment (yeah I said it). We got two shrimp cocktails that were loaded with the goods, including fresh avocado. It tasted deliciously fresh and was more than worth what we paid. Diablitos are also my obsession and this is one of the best I have ever had. 10/10 recommend.I had to come back and update my review after possibly the 5th terrible experience I've had here. Not only are they either always closed or out of whatever you're trying to order the employees have been rude and entitled. There's no point in even trying to order something they might not have and then spoken down to or judged. Bye Moma.
