The food was good. The service was 10x's better than Wendy's. I will make this my once a week "treat". Wendy's lost a loyal customer due to their poor customer service and constant shortage on my orders. Kuddos to Arby's
Everything about this fast food place is a disgrace I'm very disappointed with how my family was treated bye the manager she was so ignorant the new lady seemed like she was on drugs she kept saying her energy drink makes her that cra cra never go here ever what a big mistake that was

Read reviews of this place. They always, always, always make you pull off the the side and wait forever in the drive thru. This is not fast food. And most of the order takers I have experienced there are rude and not even listening to what your ordering. The last time (and it will be the last time) I went there I had to repeat my order 3 times before they actually listened to what I was saying, they were too busy arguing with someone else. :(

It is dangerous and risky that they make wait in park stalls. There is only one way to get to that drive-thru and it is a small driveway and to get to the parking stalls you have to cross that small driveway. They are putting their employees at risk by making them take food across the driveway. I would love to know how many fender benders. I saw car trying to back up today. It is ridiculous and to top it off he brought two bags out. Don’t worry, I not only waited for my food, but I waited for the cars food after me!!! I have complained before and they merely make excuses about cars behind me, when at times there have been one but they want me to move anyway. So ridiculous and the manager lady is like talking to a wall.

Went in with my son about 6:40 pm to get him a kids meal, we both needed to use the restroom. There was blood splattered on the toilet, on the toilet paper dispenser, on the sink, and on the soap dispenser. The other bathroom was being used. We walked to the counter and so many tables were dirty, the floor was dirty. I waited about 10 min at the counter and wasn't acknowledged at all, they were making drive thru orders. I decided to leave, it didn't look like there was anywhere to sit anyway.

This place can never get my food right! I have no issues with any other location but this one. I order a roast beef gyro in a bowl. This time instead of no sauce they gave me no lettuce. Coming from someone who worked at the Arby’s in Sandy 10/10 not recommended this location if you want your food correct or even warm for that matter
