Super disappointed with todays visit. This location puts a bad name to Arby’s 03/02 the lady who took my order just added what she wanted on the sandwich with it being different options on that particular sandwich. Was very inattentive while taking the order i would have to repeat the order. The food was super bad super cold sandwich and the fries were cold and super hard. Never asked if i needed sauces. I could only say the only good thing was the drink. Step it up super unsatisfied with this location.. deserves -5 stars

Great service like always. But you have changed your food the beef and cheddars used to be SO SO GOOD but not anymore same with your curly fries they used to be so good also but I guess you have changed your food. The only thing good from your menu is the mozzarella sticks. I used to love going to Arby's to get a beef and cheddar and curly fries but not since you changed your food.. Waisted $25 on food that I used to love. Only thing that I ordered was the French dip that my mom likes..

Was asked what sauce i wanted answered which ones I wanted didn't get any of them, nor did I get hot food curly fries was stale ,also didn't get a single napkin or a straw for my soda . Understand it was after 9 pm but customer service is not in the books for this location.

The bacon ranch roasted turkey sandwich is super delicious. We will see get it again. also, the chicken sandwich with American cheese is fantastic. If they carried pepper jack, it would be the bomb diggity! Love us some Arby's ?!

Update: It was Tyler and Braxton that were ones who helped me and they made me laugh again tonight!!! I’d rather have people who are fun when I get food rather than people who are in a bad mood that make no attempt to be welcoming. These guys deserve a raise boss!!!I went to this Arby’s and yes the food was great but…the guy at the drive through is really the reason for this review. That guy made my night!!!! Not only was he very nice but he was also extremely funny. I probably should take a half star for him saying he’s a Pepsi guy lol but he made up for it by making this old girl laugh. The service and food was awesome!!!! The name That location on 3500 South has definitely gotten much better.
