Food and coffee are great! Kids working in the kitchen and front should focus on orders - they seem to talk more than work and get things going. Music is extremely loud and no one can hear when orders are called. Slow moving and took 1 hr to get 1 coffee. Not okay.

I go to this shop frequently ( twice or more a week). I ordered the mango Matcha and they literally gave me 20% of the cup of matcha and about 80% of the white cream. Normally, it is the other way around. If im paying for matching, it expect at least 50% of the cup to be matcha.

I am bummed they really ruined my order pretty bad today I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and last few times my coffee has been cold and I ordered pastries only to show up and be told they’re sold out
Also they always seem to get my chilaquiles order wrong.
I feel like they have just stopped caring.
I’ll be going elsewhere I hope you guys work on ur quality and transparency on what u have available before customers spend their money.

My husband and I came from Colorado for a Mini Gateway! Our hotel was really close to Azúcar and since we love Chilaquiles and Coffee! We are so glad we found it!!! Food and Drinks are so good!!! The girls were really nice!!!
