I usually get my cakes from cold stone creamery but I needed a photo cake. The cake was delicious and Baskin Robbins has a bigger variety for cakes than cold stone creamery. Will be coming here for my future cakes.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We always enjoy all the different flavors of ice cream they have, and I love that they are always updating them. The fall flavor they have right now is amazing.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible and they have one handicap spot.
I have been 3 times the first waffle cone double scoop cost me over five dollars second time same thing cost me over six dollars and yesterday same thing seven dollars sixty six cents and one week difference person.

Definitely should have tried the recommendation the girl said to get before hand. Then to not like my ice cream and ask for a replacement they refused. It's a simple scoop to replace not even the full double scoop and the sauce I got. I'm sure customer service has just gone out the window at this buisness. Literally a dead location with one or two stragglers and I couldn't even get a replacement on the ice cream that tasted horribly burnt. Sad display of customer service

It's very ugly that they force you to buy something to change a ticket, I had to buy a cone so they could change a ticket, even though I had already spent money to buy a cake, the woman who is a manager decided not to, and Well, I decided to give a one star ? for their bad service. I hope it improves, teenage people should not be managers, and I think they should have more empathy with customers.
