I love this ice cream but this was my third that order banana split and is terrible the presentation also for the price is haft of the ice cream they use to give you the banana was all black all my order was bad so sad I have to look for another ice cream place

Somewhat clean, customers service is always decent, the ice cream was amazing, my only complaint is I got a chocolate dipped cone and it was inedible and tasted like it was 2 years old.

Not a super great experience! My boyfriend requested an ice cream cake for his birthday, so of course I ordered one from here and they put the wrong ice cream in the cake, which is the whole point of an ice cream cake! I ordered Reese’s ice cream and they put cookies and cream ice cream and unfortunately for me I didn’t realize it until the party was happening. Pretty annoying when I order it in advance and paid $30+ and they can’t even get the ice cream right!

Small sundae ever! Told manager and was told they are in slow season and so scoops are to be smaller now. What???
The facilities are always clean, and the staff welcomed me when I walked it. I was able to find what I came to purchase in seconds, and was able to walk out with my purchase in under 2 minutes.

This location has the absolute worst customer service. They need to get a manager in there to train the workers. It would be the difference between night and day. First off, if when customers entered the building, they'd at least look up and acknowledge them.. even if there's a long wait, they could at least say hello and we'll be with you as soon as possible. They don't do that and because they don't do that, they don't know who's been waiting there longer than everyone else, and who they should help in what order and instead end up having angry people who've been waiting for over 30 minutes while they're helping people who just walked in the door.

I just want to put out there that there is no issue with the actual ice cream. The idiocy of the employees that were working when I came in however, was on a whole different level. Having been to Baskin-Robbins many times before, they usually have pretty thin milk shakes. I usually ask that they make mine thicker and it has never been an issue at other locations. When I asked the worker this time, she told me that it would be extra. When I asked why, they said they had to follow a recipe and charge more if I wanted to change it. I said that’s fine, then realized that they were charging me more to make the medium shake that I asked to be made a little thicker, than a large shake would cost. So I asked if I could just pay for a large shake and put in that amount of ice cream with less milk. They acted like I asked them how to solve the worlds hardest math problem. I was like it’s not that big of a deal guys, I’ll just pay for a large to get a thicker medium. After finally agreeing, I paid and the girl made a huge milk shake, about 2 mediums worth and poured half into my medium cup which filled it up. I am not exaggerating when I say it was the consistency of chocolate milk, with some small chunks of chocolate that easily went through the straw. I said, do you see everything left in the blender? I wanted all that ice cream in my cup so that it was a thicker milkshake. She said, yeah I made a large and gave you a medium… I literally just took it and walked out, because I felt bad for the people in line behind me who were as just as dumbfounded as I was, and I realized that explaining basic modifications to those workers was useless. I can’t even tell you guys how simply and patiently I explained what I wanted. So yeah, I paid for a large and got a super runny medium shake, if I can even call it that…

Baskin robbins isn't a place I go very often, and after having come again, I don't know why. It's awesome! And really not very expensive. The best thing about it is the sheer number of flavors that are available and the fact that you can sample pretty much everyone of them. I got a milkshake with pistachio and pralines and cream. It was outside of the norm for me, but sooo good. I suggest you try it out
