I have gone to this location several times now. Every time the service is impeccable and exceptionally quick.
The first time I went to this location they prepared the drinks I ordered quickly and I left. As I was driving to drop the drinks off for my wife I was cut off and had to slam on my brakes the drinks went everywhere. I called this location up and explained what had happened, they offered to remake the drinks for me for free. When I arrived back at the location the drinks were already prepared. I thanked the staff, who were more than humble.
The staff are always friendly and ready to help. I cannot express how great these folks are. I'd give ten out of five stars if I could.

Love my morning crew!! Personable and always on point! Americano w/ cream or a Tan Mochaccino depending on the mood. Their Croissant breakfast sandwiches are really good also.

The service was great but the kids being a huge disruption during school hours and it wasn’t even lunch was very irritating. They took up all the tables and left trash. Pls use your voice and remove them.

Looked right in the barista eyes and explained exactly how I’d like the drink. I was acknowledged by a nod, because they were on a conversation via an ear bud.
Fail! Not anything like I asked. And I didn’t realize my drink was ready for a couple minutes because barista didn’t make any other acknowledgment. Simply walked away while continuing the ear bud phone conversation. Terrible. These two
young employees look very much not excited to be at work. Nice looking place.

This is the Beans & Brews that I go to almost daily. Not only do they always get my order correct and in a timely manner, but every employee always greets me with a smile and wishes me a good morning. This morning was a rough one for me, but Cheyenne, Alicia, and Sebastian went out of their way to make it better. Thank you for being a perfect example of what customer service looks like. 😀☕️

I typically love Beans & Brews, but this location was pretty disappointing. I felt like the customer service was good; the barista was nice and respectful. But he seemed to keep mixing up my order and the coffee honestly was not that good. I usually love the Mr. B’s….but mine didn’t taste anything like it. I got an iced 32oz & even added an extra shot because I wanted 4 total, and it just wasn’t that good. I did make a mistake of ordering a drink incorrectly; a hot white mocha instead of iced…but when I asked if they could remake it, they offered to just pour the already hot latte over ice; as if it were inconvenient just making a new one. That latte was also not very flavorful, & so it was just a disappointing experience all around. The orders also took a while to make; 20 minutes in total, and there were people who ordered after me who got their coffees first…so that was frustrating as well.

I went here to sign a petition, but the staff were really friendly and worked really fast. The store had a calm atmosphere I would recommend to anyone.

The food is always great. I buy drinks from B&B all the time, but this place NEVER gets it right. My drinks either taste like dirty water or it's mixed up with some weird concoction. For how much I pay to get extra shots and having to do almond milk. It's ridiculous to have the drink come out tasting like this.
