Love beans! I've been coming to this location for over 15 years(I've lost count) I've NEVER had a bad experience! All the barista's are always so nice and smiling! If anything is ever wrong they fix it so fast with no issues (the outside speaker it's hard to hear with so i get it). I did enjoy one of my recent visits, the pink haired girl I think her name was jess was so kind! I had a bad day and she helped change my day. 😊

I have been wanting to try the green Matcha at beans and brews and today I really regret it first. It doesn’t even look like a Matcha. It was warm no ice and when I told the girl that that’s normally not what it looks like she says that was a green Matcha. I didn’t really wanna argue, Should have definitely stopped by my nearby beans and brews that I visit daily will probably not be stopping at this one anymore.

I love supporting Beans & Brews. Wonderfully nice people, good coffee, and tasty food. HIGHLY recommend the cinnamon walnut coffee cake. SOOO good. ?

This location is always serving burnt/expired shots. They don’t have the best attention to detail especially when ordering in drive thru. Low to no communication when you attempt to use coupons or rewards on the app they don’t tell you of things are going through you have to ask them they act surprised.

The baristas were nice enough, and the place was clean and not very busy. A cozy environment to get some work done, however the B&B Chai was watered down and the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out which made me lose focus and whatever progress I had made on the work I had done after an hour+ that I was here was not saved because of it.

Used to love this place. I still like the coffee and I’ll continue to buy it there but as for food I’m disappointed. I used to love to order the bacon, egg, and cheddar sandwich but now it’s so small, with a higher price. $18 on coffee and a sandwich ? not worth it.
