Back to back visits where something was wrong or the order took long. Order an iced latte made with almond milk and to add caramel. That last request seemed to confuse them. Got the order and I’m pretty sure it was just an iced coffee. Service is good and everyone is nice but two different crews and two different issues.

Unfortunately the location at 6200 S is consistently better.

I'll admit: the coffee I got with stevia and sugar free vanilla creamer was pretty good. For the sake of my own health, I am avoiding their liquid calorie bombs at all costs.

With the coffee, I got some food: a ham swiss croissant, and a breakfast burrito.

This is another case where the croissant on the menu looks like a holy saint compared to the smoosh that I received. Disappointing, and shady. Flavor wise however, it wasn't bad, but it was nothing impressive. For the same amount of money, you could get croissants, ham, and swiss from Costco and make three higher quality ham and swiss croissants.

If the croissant was the only thing I had, Beans & Brews would get 3 stars because my god... That breakfast burrito was a new low.

I lived in New Mexico for a period of time... You know, the breakfast burrito homeland! Even then, the two breakfast burritos I had at Golden Pride were disappointing. But the breakfast burrito here makes a Golden Pride breakfast burrito look like a Golden Pride.

It had hardly any potato, hardly any egg, hardly any bacon, and hardly any flavor besides the hefty amounts of allochthonous cheese in there. Heck, the tortilla wasn't even toasted! After eating the breakfast burrito, I went through the 5 stages of grief, with a heavy emphasis on depression. A co-worker told me not long after eating here that I looked like I came in on another Monday... IT WAS TUESDAY! Consider this review acceptance.

When I go out to eat, I expect the food to be 10x better than what I am capable of cooking. That is how much it takes for me to come back. However, that breakfast burrito was 10x WORSE than my own breakfast burrito! So far, it is the WORST breakfast burrito I have ever had! It's even worse than an airport breakfast burrito I had, and I puked that one up!

Unless you are here for a liquid calorie bomb, save the money and avoid this place!

When someone asks for almond milk in place of cow milk it could be because of medical reasons, lactose intolerance being one of them. thank you for disregarding my request for almond milk replacement and giving me cow milk… Im dying in pain now and had to throw the entire coffee away.

11/17 7 hrs after my 1st post. Thank you for reaching out to verify status beans and brew. There has not been a follow up other than your message you just left to check status. I was sick from the cows milk after a few drinks from my coffee, and tossed my entire coffee away as soon as I had symptoms.

This location is so extremely consistent in providing excellent service. They always are friendly and fast. Their food and coffee are always made with care. We come here weekly and are always impressed.

I love this Beans and Brews location. The employees are always super nice and just lovely.

This is my local spot and they staff if always friendly, some even funny. A couple times I've gone here in the mornings there's always one guy making the greeting funny just to make you smile even if it's 8:30 in the morning. So obviously they have the workers you need. Always so friendly if you forget to ask for something extra that's small and cost a couple cents. Overall my favorite location.

I had such a great experience. Great customer service everyone here is so friendly. The atmosphere is great. I'm so grateful for my experience here every time I come in or go through the drive-thru. ❤️
