Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I visited this coffee shop during the daytime, and the first thing I noticed was how dim and dark it felt inside. The atmosphere could definitely use better lighting to make it more inviting.

One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of food options. Their online menu showed sandwiches and other items, but when I got there, none of those were available. The only things on display were bagels and some sweet treats, but they looked old and unappetizing, and it was hard to even see them clearly.

The interior of the shop feels outdated and could use some refreshing. While the staff was kind, they weren’t very attentive. A little more effort in greeting and acknowledging customers would make the experience much better.

On the positive side, the coffee itself was decent, but overall, I expected a better experience. If they improve their menu, update the space, and work on customer service, this place could have a lot more potential.

I went there today around 3:58pm to buy a medium frozen cookie dough with whip cream and paid with my points. After payment the girl(tomboy looking I apologize, but I don’t know her name) who took my order turned around to make my drink along with another worker, they started whispering after I paid, which made me feel uncomfortable. When she gave me my drink the whipped creaming was completely out of the lid and there was whip cream around the cup. The girl was holding her laugh along with the other worker after I took the cup from the counter. Unfortunately this was not the first time I’ve had an upsetting experience last time I went that same girl took my order and after leaving my drink on the counter she tossed the straw on the counter with an annoying look on her face. I’m really disappointed because I’m a frequent customer and that girl is usually the one who always takes my orders…. If she doesn’t like her job she can always leave or she can improve her customer service..

This place is gone down hill. Staff could careless and would go to Starbucks over this place. It's a good thing all beans aren't owned by the same person.

Don't go in the he mid morning. I don't want to sound like a Karen but, They don't call out your order they don't turn on their sign. They don't give you all the shots in the coffee and they don't give you any whip even when ordered at the counter. And they double heated my food and I had to remind them about it ?

Of all the beans and brew I have visited I would never go back to this one. Service so bad. And it didn’t feel like anyone cared or wanted to be there. Every other location I’ve been to the service is 5 star. Also both our drinks tasted like burnt coffee. Other than that they don’t offer sandwiches or have a drive thru so really there’s no reason to go back.

I would like to add that I visit other locations way more than I should probably 4 times a week and this was the first time I ever thought I should have go to a Starbucks instead. Just wanted to add that to give a sense of how bad it was.

To avoid the loud construction at Discount Tire, I came to get a caramel frappe, and sit while I waited for my car. The coffee was delicious. Their large cup is massive. My only complaint was several open tables that were dirty, with a cup, trash, sticky spilled coffee, and the staff did not attempt to clean them in between customers when it was not busy.

Looks like they don't have the lemonade anymore ? I'm very passionate about lemonade and its why i enjoy coming to beans and brew during the summer, but its summer time and they don't have lemonade, you lost my business ,ok next time I will go to Starbucks.
