Halle is so sweet and helpful without making you feel like a bother. I got a matcha unsure if I wanted espresso, I decided to add some after trying it and she made it so easy and did it all with a beautiful smile. Thank you, Halle!

Received the wrong drinks. Asked to get it fixed. Got rotten half n half with chunks. The other drink was also wrong and didn’t realize until I got home. While I was standing waiting, another customer was also saying he got the wrong drink. Nobody seemed to know what was happening in that store.

Went in at 6pm I was the only person there. Not very welcoming and I’ve worked at beans before and I feel like loose braids is a health code thing but I don’t know about this location. Drink was good but the service just seemed like they wanted me out, I was trying to ask a question when I got my drink and the girl walked away and ignored me she could’ve heard me again there wasn’t music playing and I was the only one there. I’ll just go to 114 location or 113 since the people there are soo much better even tho I live a cross from this one :/

I'm a huge fan of Beans and Brews, I recommend it to anyone that's looking for a rich favor coffee. This location is my favorite to come to. The bristas are always friendly and patient. Today I met Olivia such a fun personality and very up beat!

Main barista did not have her hair tied up at all. No braid like the other gal working. Just hair down and curled. Long enough to touch the counter when leaning over. Gross. Against health code.

I visited this coffee shop during the daytime, and the first thing I noticed was how dim and dark it felt inside. The atmosphere could definitely use better lighting to make it more inviting.

One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of food options. Their online menu showed sandwiches and other items, but when I got there, none of those were available. The only things on display were bagels and some sweet treats, but they looked old and unappetizing, and it was hard to even see them clearly.

The interior of the shop feels outdated and could use some refreshing. While the staff was kind, they weren’t very attentive. A little more effort in greeting and acknowledging customers would make the experience much better.

On the positive side, the coffee itself was decent, but overall, I expected a better experience. If they improve their menu, update the space, and work on customer service, this place could have a lot more potential.

I went there today around 3:58pm to buy a medium frozen cookie dough with whip cream and paid with my points. After payment the girl(tomboy looking I apologize, but I don’t know her name) who took my order turned around to make my drink along with another worker, they started whispering after I paid, which made me feel uncomfortable. When she gave me my drink the whipped creaming was completely out of the lid and there was whip cream around the cup. The girl was holding her laugh along with the other worker after I took the cup from the counter. Unfortunately this was not the first time I’ve had an upsetting experience last time I went that same girl took my order and after leaving my drink on the counter she tossed the straw on the counter with an annoying look on her face. I’m really disappointed because I’m a frequent customer and that girl is usually the one who always takes my orders…. If she doesn’t like her job she can always leave or she can improve her customer service..

Don't go in the he mid morning. I don't want to sound like a Karen but, They don't call out your order they don't turn on their sign. They don't give you all the shots in the coffee and they don't give you any whip even when ordered at the counter. And they double heated my food and I had to remind them about it ?

Wonderful location. The staff are always friendly, even at 6am. Great coffee, quick service, and a calm atmosphere. Everything you need in a coffee shop.
