Bout Time Pub & Grub

Just ate at bout time. We got are food before we even got are drinks. Service sucks. Find a better place to eat, manager lol. This place gets rid of all the good servers. We got are drinks 45 minutes later after are food. It's a joke eating at this place. The person in charge should be fired. Sad part is we are, were regulars who always tipped big. Now we won't be back.

Tonight, Becca was bartending with three waitresses on staff. When I sat at the bar, I was not given a menu, though fortunately I’ve been here before and knew what to order. It took a few minutes to get her attention to place my food order. Two guests arrived at the bar after me, and they were given menus and their drinks right away. It’s not busy.

When I ordered a shot and a beer, the beer was brought without a glass. While that wasn’t an issue, I wasn’t asked if I wanted one, and Becca walked away quickly, not giving me the opportunity to request it. I had to get her attention again just to ask. Rather than feeling like I was being served, I felt as though I was the one waiting on her.

This is usually my favorite place to visit and bring friends when I’m in town. Thankfully, I came alone this time. The food, as always, was excellent—fast and just as good as expected. However, the service tonight fell short of what I’ve come to expect here.

I’m writing this as it is happening so I will not forget.HORRIBLE SERVICE. I’m asking to pay now.

Curious why pool league is allowed while bingo is happening. There are other nights to have pool league.... makes it hard to hear bingo also while music is going and people cheering for pool..

The waitress kept us waiting already for 20 minutes. Had to grab my own menus. Then had to go up and ask if I even had a waitress. So the new girl helped us and did a great job. I’m happy we have because they were gonna get one stars all the way down. Need I add there are only five parties in here and everybody was helped but us. And there were three waitresses. I won the coming back for a while. They actually made up for everything and made me change my rating. Fast delivery with food and great service from the other two! Will be back very soon!

Wouldn’t let me in the building because the waitress for the patio mistaken my Diet Coke for a beer, I don’t even drink but they wouldn’t let me in

Usually a pretty good bar. Cool vibes. Went there today to take a friend who came from Mexico to visit. She showed her valid and current passport as an id and the person at the front discriminated her saying that if that wasn't her in the picture she could get in alot fo trouble when he was clearly told that she was just here to visit. His name is Erick

Food was great! Had the chicken tacos and they were🤌

Fun sports pub atmosphere. We will go there more often now that we've discovered them.

I have not been in for a few months due to bad service. The last 2 times I have came in I have had Becca and Ant taking care of me. They make such a great team! Becca was very attentive to not just her customers but to answer and help the servers. Before it would take 45 minutes to get another drink, last night my drink never went empty. I was watching Ant for awhile there and as soon as a server rang something in he had everything complete! I was amazed in the difference from 5 months ago to now, not just the service have changed, the food has as well. I was hesitant about ordering food but Becca changed my mind and talked me into a burger and WOW! You guys have changed my mind and I will be back!

Great, unique food selection along with a full bar. Perfect place for a good bite to eat and have a few drinks.

Jeremy is the kind of bartender every pub dreams of having. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel like a regular—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about his craft. He not only remembered my drink preferences but also recommended a new cocktail that quickly became a favorite. His energy and professionalism elevated the entire experience, making my visit memorable. It’s clear that Jeremy takes pride in his work, and it shows in every interaction. Bout Time is lucky to have him behind the bar. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere, Jeremy’s your guy!

I don’t know about other locations but the west valley one is not following the federal law of the American Disabilities Act. it’s not handicap friendly as it only has high top tables so wheelchair users can’t reach the tables and someone like myself that is physically disabled and has issues with my legs had issues getting onto the tall chairs. So me and my friends and family won’t be back and I just wanted to have a fun night at bingo

Very poor customer service. Waiter was very rude, have to chase down to put a food order in. Not a friendly hangout.
