I don’t know about other locations but the west valley one is not following the federal law of the American Disabilities Act. it’s not handicap friendly as it only has high top tables so wheelchair users can’t reach the tables and someone like myself that is physically disabled and has issues with my legs had issues getting onto the tall chairs. So me and my friends and family won’t be back and I just wanted to have a fun night at bingo
Very poor customer service. Waiter was very rude, have to chase down to put a food order in. Not a friendly hangout.

I normally sit at the bar and have a great experience with the bubbly bartender Andy. But tonight I sat at the bar and the guy that was bartending was not only slow but hardly checked in to make sure I wasn’t needing anything. I come in every Monday and never had this experience. I’m Very disappointed with my service.

Would not serve us without passports, yet we had drivers licenses. We Canadian's.

We came with some friends. Sophia was great! She had great drink recommendations & was attentive. She vibes with us well. I got a veggie flat bread it was yummy too!

We had the Ultimate Nachos, Grand slam, and BBQ Chicken flat bread. 2 steins and a pint of beer. Great service, we will return again

Caesar is the best server/ bartender, if you go to this place ask for Caesar. Can watch the game and have top notch service.
