Ordered my wings before the “hoards” of people ordered, a few hours out knowing it’d get crazy around 8pm. Get there and he tells me the others get to get their food before me. Doesn’t make sense. By the time my order time is up I should be then priority since I ordered before everyone else. Terrible system. Had to wait a half hour in my car while people who ordered -after- me got their food.

Service was terrible
When it takes 10 minutes to put drinking bands on customers, that tells me they need better training. Allowing more drinking customers to bypass those of us in line is ridiculous. I won't be back.

Do not order take out! They don’t honor their pick up time! The absolute worst. They had my son sitting and waiting for over 20 minutes. I walked in and they handed me the order right away! I called to request a manager and McKenzie answered she refused to give me the General Manager information. The she said wasn’t available and then said the General Manager was on vacation! The worst service I have ever had at this location. Completely unacceptable!

Came in with a HUGE 20 person party last minute and they were so accommodating. Renee was fabulous and kept our food and drinks flowing and kept everything going smoothly. She was so kind and organized. Amazing service!

Don’t go here they steal your money and they don’t contact you back. Place an online order but decided to go in and dine instead they said they canceled my online order. I talked to them about three or four different times before leaving. They said that I get my money back. Well I never did so I called them. They told me they manually issue a refund and then never did. I just beat it with my bank and well I lost that dispute for some reason so that day I had paid for two orders $150 worth of shitty food that was burnt they never contacted me back. Don’t trust them don’t go there.

I have contacted that contact us area more than once with no reply. Then tried to reach out to the rewards team for help they replied but referred me to the same one I have contacted many times and had no response.

05/11/2025. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. We went to the West Valley location for Mother's Day, and the waiter took our order incorrectly. When we pointed out the mistake, she became upset and told another woman who was serving the food. That woman slapped the plate down in front of me with an attitude. After that, the waiter never returned to ask if we needed anything or if we wanted refills. She didn't even want to bring us the check; instead, she sent someone else to do it. We also needed a box for leftover food, and once again, we were ignored. I believe they need to train their staff better so that they understand what good customer service means.

Everytime I order a doordash from this specific store they forget my drink everytime. Yes I report it on doordash app but still when i pay 5 dollars for a redbull from there, I kinda want it? And it’s with soda as well. Any other store they don’t forget my drink just this place

I love this bdubs! They always have great service and are super helpful. Chase was our server, and he was training Taryn. He was incredibly patient while teaching her what to do. They both were super quick and friendly. Great experience today!

We were told that there was no gin and no tonic at the restaurant, even though we've been drinking them there for years. I went and talked to the manager and she didn't know if they had gin or tonic. But she went back to the bar and checked. Evidently they had both because we got our drinks.

Man has this place gone downhill. Double or triple check on your id. My takeout took no kidding 40 minutes for an appetizer alone. And the buffalo cauliflower sucks.

No sense of urgency, I’m a door dash driver. I showed up 5 mins before the order was supposed to be ready. I ended up waiting 45 mins while my customer kept on texting is it ready yet. The people working told 5-10 mins left 3 times and were not happy when I asked how much longer. A guy even came in 20 mins after I got there placed a Togo order and ended get his whole meal 10 mins before I got the DoorDash. Thank you for wasting my time and costing me money.
