Don’t waste your time nor money ! Not even an exaggeration, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Been coming to Bdubs for over 10 years and this is by far the worst service. Order was messed up three different ways , all three entrees came out 20-25 minutes apart . Never recieved appetizers all three of us who ate left feeling bad and just thoroughly disappointed . Absolutely will not be going back anytime soon .

Very bad experience: the wings were overcooked, the burger was toasted from being so burnt. I ordered one of the new sandwiches because the photo showed something big and delicious.And what a disappointment, Subway sells a better sandwich.The service is terrible, we waited 20 minutes for them to start serving us and the place wasn't full. The only good thing about this place was the music and the drinks.

Here for work a lot and order from this location. Quality is good, BUT they consistently get online order wrong through the app or Uber eats. I’ve gotten bone in instead of boneless, missing apps, wrong app. Also at this location have ordered through the B-dubs app and had 2+ hr wait, frustrating part is calling the restaurant after having multiple door-dashers (who deliver after an app order) say they show up to the restaurant and wait 20 + mins, and the workers seem to have no info.
THANK GOD THESE OWNERS HAVE A NAME BRAND BEHIND THEM, BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T RUN A LEMONADE STAND.

Food was ok... atmosphere was not that great due to service, and waited over 30 minutes to seat us at the bar with 7 open chairs... when asked the hostess, she said "the bartender doesn't want anybody seated" . Never heard a bartender saying he didn't want his bar to be full.

I placed a takeaway order when I arrived at the restaurant, it should be noted that the restaurant was almost empty, when I say that there were 2 tables at most, I'm not lying! And it took them more than 50 minutes to deliver my order, it's absurd, I don't know what could happen inside the kitchen, but if they are short of staff, for so few tables that they had to serve, then let them hire. (Music too loud)

Pretty unfortunate that you have to sit and be stared at by your server instead of being helped because she is to busy enjoying her dinner during your dinner service. Acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Meanwhile while I look around and she did it to everyone. Couldn't even get the chance to order a second cocktail and she brought a check and box. I've never been treated like that here before.

Been in just 3 times and the team already know my name and order. I've been to bdubs in other states, but this one get the West Valley is what I grew up with everytime my parents took us to BW3. I'm only here monthly on business, but I will be stopping in to the West Valley bdubs for a healthy taste of home.
Myself, along with 800 other people ordered wings for the superbowl. The place was PACKED, line outside the door. The staff was absolutely excellent given the circumstances. I was listening to people around me complain about how they had ordered hours ago, I had ordered 4 days prior to Sunday. I knew there would be a wait and granted I wasn't expecting it to be an hour and a half but the food was delicious. The staff was working hard and it showed! They were doing their best and each and every one of them deserves a raise or a bonus lol. Big shout out to the guy working the take out section, braces, he was really giving it his all and just because of that I will be back to this location
