Service was super bad they bring are food 1 hr after we order and that waitress was super rude she have bad attitude we ask for drinks never bring it and we ask to talk to Management Dawin do anything she don't even do say anything to us. They just charge her ticket and they don't even say sorry nothing so it was a really bad. It was a really really bad will never come back and that place anymore.

Buffalo wild wings has been going downhill for a while but this experience was awful. The waitress was turned off when we asked her to take our order vs doing it ourselves. The first order came out about 10 minutes before the last order. When we were missing one order and asked about it the runner responded with "I just brought out what was ready" and left. Normally someone would say "let me check on that", nope. Not here. One of the orders had wings super hot and another had wings that were ice cold. We were checked on twice and each time the waitress didn't wait for a response just asked as she was walking away. It's not like the was busy either as she was just moseying around, chatting and eating. I've never experienced service like this. We definitely won't be returning here.

Came in to watch some final four and was astounded at how BWW has slipped down the rabbit hole. First, I understand Utah’s insane access laws - two ID checks (I’m 62) but it was downhill from there. 3 mins to go the TV channel gets switched with no explanation so watched the end on my phone. Next the appetisers were cold and dry and a mess. Beer service? Slow slow slow. The place was under staffed even though it was more than half empty. The prices are low, but a sports bar with dry cold wings and poor service and TV hell? Will be gone soon it appears -

The food was excellent and brought to us in a timely manner plus our server, becky, was lovely and very personable!
I love bdubs but this experience is very irritating. I’ve order take out from the West Valley location twice and my wings have come out so hard and dry. To box this up and send it off with a paying customer is very upsetting. I order 10 boneless with Parmesan Garlic sauce and got dried up boneless wings.

Not a fan AT ALL of order from QR code. We had 13 people with 4 different checks, all our food came out randomly so we all ate at different times. 3 of us got the same burger and all 3 had different issues with what was supposed to be on the burger. The one bright spot was our waitress, I certainly hope she doesnt get blamed and lose tips from all the confusion in only being able to order with your phone. We will not be returning. Our bill was $149 and change.

The new way to order and basically have no waiters is the most ridiculous thing all 13+ of us have ever seen. None of us will ever be going back there again. Even the waiters are lost not thier fault totally all the restaurants BIG DUMB IDEA. So until they go back to having normal customer service like every other restaurant. Not going back!
