One of the best bbq places in UT. I am a bbq snob and this place outdoes the biggest bbq chain here by far. I got the brisket and ribs, and it was incredible. The brisket just melts in your mouth. My coworker got the kpop fries and enjoyed it thoroughly. He even took the rest home, re-heated it in his oven, and said it was still great.

I was with a group of friends and we had lunch here. There is a new owner and he was so great at helping us decide what we wanted to eat and was patient, kind and very accommodating. He gave us a huge sample of his new recipe of barbecued chicken that was delicious, moist and lean. We all ordered the noodle bowl which had plenty of meat, chicken or spicy pork noodles and veggies in a sauce. We also shared an order of the fries and chicken that had plenty of meat and potatoes. You order at the register and then they call for you to collect your order. If you love barbecue meat and a casual place to eat this is a delicious, friendly place. The restaurant is open for business but they are still in a little of a remodel stage. There were no workers during our visit.

I used to love this place, it's under new management or something. Went in to order our food and you don't even get to speak to a person anymore, you order through a computer. We ordered some Kpop fries, it used to be the best on their menu. The meat was fatty and gross.

This place has really gone downhill lately. I LOVED this place but could only afford it once in a while so it’s a treat when my Husband and i eat here. After today, I’m not sure id crave it again. We got the k pop bulgogi fries and Bulgogi sandwich to share. They’re usually so good and satisfying but this time the fries just tasted like undercooked fries hardly any meat on them and about 1/2 the portion we normally get. the sandwich had a ton of cabbage and hardly any meat no sauces and was completely soaking wet soggy. Couldn’t even eat it. It was just falling apart & the bread reminded me of bread pudding consistency. I hate when i waste my money on food that i can’t even eat. I am so Bummed. Guess this place is not an option anymore.

Pretty tasty. Slightly unusual in that all orders are done without anyone at the checkout -- all through the touchscreen, although that may be normal for more places moving forward.Spicy pork had just a hint of heat to me, but I can eat pretty spicy stuff. The Sriracha mayo actually complimented the meat and fries pretty well.I'll look forward to trying other dishes.

After hearing about this place on the news, my coworker and I stopped in for lunch before a meeting. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting the self service on the tablet… we identified that’s how it was after standing there clueless for a couple minutes until another guest informed us we enter our own orders. With neither of us having been here we both had questions about the menu…. but only had the display and screen to go off… to make things even better, having never used the tablet, and it not being super clear, we walked up to the window to ask the cook how to order the noodles. While I’m a hurry he let us know it’s under stir fry.We got our orders in and sat down to wait for our Togo order. While sitting there a pair of elderly women came in and were also confused and concerned with the poor service. I went over and assisted them with placing their order as they were struggling to place their order after being told it’s self order. When I got my order I was fairly disappointed due to the portion. It was made out as being a healthy portion, but in reality was a smaller aluminum tin that was definitely lacking. On the fries there was a healthy portion of fries with a super skimpy portion of protein. I know inflation is an issue… but with the price we’re paying, self ordering, and staff only cooking and walking the food out… not sure why they’re skimping so much overall.Honestly, if it hadn’t tasted as good as it did, this 100% would be a 1* review. The only saving grace was it tasted good… I just have no intention of going back…P.S. for it being a fusion BBQ restaurant… not sure why they don’t have chopsticks… when we asked they said they don’t cary them any longer… yet another skimp. As a DoorDash or Uber Eats, maybe… for going in, not worth the money in my opinion.

6/18/22 @ 11:30AM. The service was terrible. We were just there and we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. The server was so rude. I asked what comes with the combo for the fried chicken and she looked at me and said "it's a combo" and I asked what comes with it. And she said rudely "soda and fries" like I was stupid. If you have been at a Korean restaurants there's a variety of options for sides such as pickled daikon, kimchi, fries, rice etc. that's why I asked what came with the combo. The menu was not clear as to what "combo meal" meant. When we got our food she threw my plate down! And gave me a dirty look. I have never had such a bad experience at a Korean restaurant. Maybe because this is a franchise place but I've been to bonchon and they have really good food and good service. The chicken was good but the bulgogi fries was just ok. Needs more flavor. Didn't take a pic coz I was so upset and disappointed.

The service here is absolutely horrible, I have never had such bad service in my life. The girl that took our order acted as if we were an inconvenience and was not helpful at all she threw my wife's plate down in front of her hard. The fried chicken was good. The fries were just meh. Don't go here yummys is much better and they are wonderful there.

Usually when we order from here they're great!! That's why we keep coming back but when we got our order, the wings were really undercooked, showing red I wont be surprised if we get food poisoning. Just very disappointing because the wings are never like this from the many times we ordered. This is the first time this has happened and it's very disappointing.

I popped in for lunch and loved the kpop fries (team spicy pork) the fries are great, sauce tastes great and I loved the pork.I'll be bringing the family here to try it out. They've got some kid and picky wife friendly options with burgers, chicken strips etc...Next time I'm in I want to try the double fried wings.Nice staff, they were petty busy at lunch time, but got through it quickly

Can't believe I forgot to leave this review sooner. This is the best food in the area. If you went to sushi or noodles next door instead then you screwed up. Literally everything on the menu here is delicious. Owner is fun, friendly and just an all-around cool guy. 10/10.

Pretty annoyed how our experience went today when grabbing some food with my husband. We walked thru the 2 doors on the right and the first thing the young lady paola said was "you're supposed to come thru the other doors but that's ok". Hmm okay because there was no sign on the door that said "use other doors" and if we weren't supposed to go thru it.. why leave it unlocked? And why does it matter which set of doors to go thru?? Anyhow we proceed to the front counter to order and she took our order as if she hated her job. Then at the end she only offered us "food to go?" When there were multiple signs indicating that Dine-in is open. Like sis.. can we not eat here too?? ‍ customer service was a -10 for me from Paola. And the burger had no taste. Kpop fries were good but fries were wrinkly. We definitely will not be eating at this location ever again.

At this location (WVC) they always say they are out of meat, or out of deserts, or out of something. The young lady that worked there was walking out as we pulled up at 8:00 PM and they usually close at 9:00 PM. I asked her if they were open and they said no because they were once again "out of meat" but didn't say what kind of meat or specify anything... strange that they are out of every kind of meat? Who's doing the ordering, or did someone want to go home early? I usually go to the location in Midvale because it's great service and great food, do yourself a favor and go there instead, it's about a 20 minute drive but worth it. Edit: Owner responded back saying they've been closing at 8:00 for 2 Years, but that's not what the lady working there told us, her excuse was they were out of meat, Weird how the lady didn't just tell us that they close at 8:00 instead of 9:00, that of course we would understand.

We came to Utah from California to visit our son. My son recommended to eat at this place because of the reviews. . As we entered, we were immediately greeted by a rude Hispanic female cashier. After placing our orders, we sat down and waited for our food. When the food was ready the same rude cashier served our food in a manner of disrespect, by dropping each of the food tray on the table. The only thing missing from her is she saying "here's your Damm food". We could have gone to Taco Bell for a better service and food.
