The customer service was awful I ordered chicken nuggets and my child did too and fries and we did not get any sauces so we just went up to ask for some and we were waiting there for a while they looked at us and just ignored us and then after a while they asked what we needed and I asked for some sauces and they gave me some I asked if I could get one more and they said they couldn't give me more after they gave me two. They were very rude an unprofessional and so stingy about the sauces. Made the experience very uncomfortable wouldn't recommend.

I drove all the way from the Magna burger king to come here because they were out of the spongebob freezes and tots and my little brother really wanted to try it. I come here to get them and I’m very excited to see they still have them. I order them and go to the window and ask if I can add additional stuff to the order, the guy tells me “No, we have a line.” I was like ok that’s whatever kinda rude but whatever. And then he proceeds to tell me the machine is broken for the frozen drinks and I have to wait 30 minutes for the machine to be back up. He then takes the cash I gave him and starts counting it as if he’s gonna pay for what I ordered but I didn’t even get anything so I asked for my cash back and he goes “Oh” and gives it back. Also very rude. So here I am waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot just to come back to get what I’m actually trying to get. Extremely rude service it’s actually insane. The employees don’t care about anything and are extremely incompetent and rude. Can’t say much for the food because I haven’t even gotten it yet and am waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot. Who knows if it will still be the same case when I try to order again.

My wife stopped by on her way home from work its construction all way around this place pain in the butt just getting into it then......they mess up the order takes so long for them to fix it everything is cold before she leaves the parking lot and oh by the way she at the time was the only customer

The meal wasn’t terrible, in fact, it was quite tasty, but it seems they might be experiencing a lettuce shortage. I requested extra lettuce and was charged an extra fee for it, yet they only provided me with eight small pieces of lettuce. Since I have celiac disease, gluten is off-limits for me, so I thought that adding extra lettuce and tomatoes would help satisfy my appetite alongside my double whopper. It's disappointing that a restaurant would be so stingy with lettuce.

Well when I went Thur the drive Thur it wasn’t lunch yet but I asked if I could get something on the lunch menu they did it. Phillis also gave my dog a treat she was very nice tge heather came over to tell me it will just be a few mins until my food woukd be ready. The fun atmosphere was fun and energetic my Burger King experience was outstanding and I will go back because of heather and Phyllis. Thank you for your kind service great job I use to be a manager at Wendy’s. It’s not sn easy job and they put up with a lot. So thank you all for a great expo there.

About a month ago I went to get a jr whopper and the bun was old and hard...Yesterday I was in a hurry and popped in to get a whopper thinking, maybe it was just a one time thing... Nope...Half of the bun was rock hard... There is no way that is a mistake...Someone has to make the burger and knew that it was bad and gave it to me anyway... Never again... Magna Burger King not only has better food, its way cleaner...
I’m really disappointed with the service at this Burger King location. My kids received free summer meal cards from school that allow for one free kids’ meal per week. Last week, they refused to let me use the card in the drive-thru and made me come inside, claiming it was a rule—even though the week before, they did let me use it in the drive-thru without issue.
This week, they allowed me to stay in the drive-thru, but acted like it was a major inconvenience. I also ordered and paid for food for myself. When I got to the window, I asked for four sauces—some for my food, some for my kids who like using sauce with their burgers and fries. The employee looked at me like I was asking for something ridiculous and questioned, “For burgers?” before telling me I could only have two sauces.
The inconsistency in rules and the attitude from staff is frustrating. I’m not trying to take advantage—just trying to feed my kids and enjoy a simple meal. Please do better. No one is forcing you to work at Burger King.

Absolutely ridiculous when I spend 50 on fast food I expect it to be correct and not to be argued weather the sauces were in the bag or not ,( they weren’t) the older lady goes I put it in the bag but it most certainly wasn’t and it wasn’t no crowed I was the only one in line , if someone’s competent to take orders and get orders right because no my order isn’t right also , please management this is unacceptable.
