Bottom bun was soaking wet (greasy) in the wrapper. Meat patties were hanging out on one side, and the suaces were in a pile on the other side.

Really annoying you put a dumb idiot taking drive through orders. Repeat myself three times and they still mess it up.
Worst thing ever I ordered online they took longer than 2h. And when I went to go check they said I never ordered I showed them the online order and they still didn’t give me the food. So I had to cancel.
Well I usually come here cause the food is good and so is the service but today I want and I noticed this on my last trip too. The patties come out cold and same with the fries. It’s very disappointing because for a number 1 medium it comes out to be almost 12 bucks. It’s not cheap. So idk if they changed management or something but their food has not been good for about a month or so. Fix it.

They have a Coke style machin available for all guests, unlike McD's that has removed their fountain drink machines for guest refills.
And the staff is nice and efficient here.

I am beyond livid at this point. It seems that the night crew cannot understand proper orders. I ordered 2 12 piece Chicken Fries and a Large onion rings to be FRESHLY MADE for me and my 3 year old son. Boy oh boy they made it fresh alright. Freshly refried old product. You guys seriously didn't expect me to taste the old product refried? Heavy oil tasting and rubbery texture. Night crew is stupid. I have over 20 years in the food industry and frankly what they did is down right criminal. I will be placing a couple of calls to select people to get inspections of this restaurant done. Frankly this is borderline food tampering and it is a criminal charge.

Food was acceptable, but having to order through the app to take advantage of deals is a pain. My wife's meal arrived quickly, bagged to go despite my choice of "dine in" in the app. My order had not emerged after fifteen minutes, so I went to the counter to check on it. The team member who assisted me initially seemed confused, then located my sandwich (bagged to go, of course) sitting on the counter in the back. I took the two bags offered and ate my burger in the dining room, then opened the second bag. One of the two dessert pies I had ordered was missing. The same team member who had given me my food got the missing pie and handed it to me without a hint of apology.
After finishing dessert, my wife went to use the restroom. She is disabled and walks slowly with a cane. This location has the bathrooms locked with a keypad and code; when my wife asked to use the restroom she was told by a staff member that it was closed for maintenance. My wife responded that if the bathroom was not in working condition, the restaurant would be required to close as this is a violation of health codes. The worker conferred briefly with a teammate, then reluctantly went to the door and entered the code to unlock. By the time my wife reached the door it had automatically relocked, and she had to go back to the dining room where a worker who was cleaning tables was nice enough to assist. The restroom was spotless and all fixtures worked perfectly, indicating that the first woman just didn't want to give out the code.
As for the rest of the experience:
1) several selections were unavailable on the soda machine;
2) condiments were not available except on request
3) floors were littered with receipts and wrappers
4) several other customers had long waits for orders.
