I ordered online as I usually do and was ready to pick up when I realized my keys were gone finally got them back and Zupas was closing in 7 minutes we called and the staff (Angel) told me go ahead come get it we'll still be cleaning up so we'll give you your order. The night staff on 10/30/24 was willing to stay a bit longer to help me out that's EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did get there 8:59 walked in and was greeted with kindness and smiles. Both staff members went above and beyond for the customer which isn't really common these days. Thank you for hiring excellent staff and putting customers needs way up there. The employees working tonight were amazing THANK YOU THANK YOU

We order online so it’s ready when we arrive, but there really isn’t much point to doing that. As 6 people went in line, from our arrival time. So I could have just waited inline. I wonder if they still would have asked for a tip!

Waited in line for 30 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me, bad idea to stop in on my way to work. Made me late and put me in a bad mood. Food is good but I'm not waiting 30 minutes for a half order of soup.

I ordered online so all I needed to do was just go to the counter and pick it up. if only that's actually what happened. I literally stood there for a long time. While the person at the counter helped the individual that was in front of them ring up their food which I understand however, multiple people passed by me never asking if I needed help and I was literally standing in front of the pick up sign. I finally stopped a person who passed by and asked them to give me my order. Then the person at the register asked me what my name was which I thought was funny since she couldn't even ask me that even though she saw me standing there for a while and looked up twice The person I flagged down gave me my order. It's a shame the service is bad because the food is good. The pumpikin chorizo soup is amazing. I ordered it yesterday and it was full of a lot of good ingredients. However, today's soup was mostly sauce.

Kid-friendliness: Angel talks to and listens to my children as they order, and he treats them as if they were adults. They feel special when ordering from him! Quinton knows how to offer kid-friendly suggestions when the littles are indecisive or wanting something unique.
Unprofessional behavior from employees, the line was going out the door and a employee off shift was chitchatting holding up the line I came in August 12, 2024 @ 6pm. We has to wait longer for our sandwiches to come out because the sandwich maker left his possion to go chit chat somemore and our of our sandwiches was made incorrectly.
