Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

Didn't receive the entire order. It frustrating when you are required to quality check an order yourself. When you pay $48 for three meals you'd expect the order to be correct. Not to mention you pay extra for steak burrito and get bean and rice burrito with one piece of meat. For that price we'll go to Costa Vita and get what we pay for. Definitely wont be going back to Café Rio.

They are consistently good. You can expect great food and fast, friendly service.

Good food. Good staff. I like to watch my food being prepared in front of me. Fair price.

Food for my pickup order has gone way down hill in the past months. I order the same thing once a week and they keep forgetting to add something here and there from the ingredients. Also sometimes the dressing has been really watery along with what seems like the water wasn't strained out of the beens. This makes me sad because this was the last reliable place to get good quality food. The proportions have gone down a little as well.
I'd say something to them but I'm afraid what someone might do if I complain.

Very disappointed

I thought I would indulge a little and get a burrito for a late dinner only to get home and realize there was hardly any meat in my burrito or cheese on top kinda disappointed overall especially for the price

I needed a few alterations to some of the menu items to meet my dietary needs. They cheerfully made the necessary adjustments. I felt I was a valued customer.

I went tonight and all the employees were fantastic. My server was easy to talk to. The cashier was nice. And the manager went around to all the tables and greeted. The food was great as always.

Great costumer service

This is favorite Cafe Rio to visit. The food tastes fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the manager comes out frequently to ask how everything was or offer a sample. Reminds me of Cafe Rio back when it first was started.

No one speaks English and they mixing all the food and they don’t change gloves

Horrible customer service from this Cafe rio + Door dash. Upon placing the order we immediately realized the address was incorrect and went to change it. Not even one minute passed and the app was already saying we will be getting $0 refunded. The driver said the restaurant canceled the order. This was a lie. The order was never delivered to the correct address. It was still delivered by the driver to the wrong address after the driver confirmed it was canceled by the restaurant and after the driver saw it was the wrong address. We ended up paying $50 for no reason. I will never order from DoorDash or this cafe rio again.
