Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

I used to love this place. This time it was so disorganized and only one lady was really working hard trying to take all the orders. Also no lids for kids drink… really? The food is not the same. Seemed old (my grilled chicken was dry and chewy). Even the tres leches seemed more like a bread pudding than tres leches. Disappointed and probably not going back.

i love coming here during the mornings, and they make the food very nice !! Positive workers and a nice atmosphere. Would recommend coming in the mornings

The food is fresh, but the drive-thru needs help. Order is missing something or made wrong and I have to end up going in to get it fixed or drive away unsatisfied. They always make you pull forward and then they'll bring their order to you, buyer beware it's usually wrong.

Worst location I’ve ever been to, would highly recommend for nobody to ever bother wasting their time or money buying from there, my Host was Liliana, and she didn’t satisfy my needs as she should’ve. I went to the drive thru and asked for 2 burritos, and I SPECIFICALLY explained to her I needed BOTH burritos to have EXTRA PICO DE GALLO, and seems like she didn’t even bother to tell the other workers to make sure to put more then 1 scoop on my 2 plates of burrito!!! They only gave me 1 scoop of the pico de gallo so ridiculous on their end after I had to repeat myself 2 times on the extra pico de gallo. On top of that they didn’t give me the right meat in one of my burritos I had asked for steak and extra steak in it, and my husband noticed it was the wrong kind of meat and less meat in the burrito!!!! What an awful experience going to this location, and the worst part they made me WAIT for my damn food outside the parking lot and they NEVER sent anyone outside to give us our food!!! I had to get out my car to go tell them about my order not being given to us so ridiculous. And Liliana didn’t even bother apologizing for that she gave me her stank face no smile greeting whatsoever as she handed me my food. Worst food customer service I’ve ever experienced here in this location.

I've placed several online orders and they're almost always short on a side I ordered. While each item isn't an unreasonable price, they have added up over time. I won't be returning after today's lunch mistake.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years and it’s unfortunately gone pretty downhill the last few years. Food is usually pretty good (if they get the order right- the last 3 times I’ve come it’s been wrong), but the service is always pretty poor.

Customers are definitely treated like they are an inconvenience just for being there, especially if you try to use the Cafe Rio loyalty app because that requires 1-2 more extra steps for them. This is the closest location to me and while I love cafe Rio I’ve been really disappointed in this location lately.
