This location does not honor the first responder discount that all of the other locations offer. Even if you show up in uniform, they decline to honor it. And the servers are quite rude about it.I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to go to one of the cafe rio locations that does honor it. I Will not be back at this location, and if you work in a uniform, I don’t recommend you waste your time at this location either.

Worst effing meal ever. My salad was literally a damn puddle. I threw it away. Worst service. And the person didn't want to take my order cause I wasn't speaking Spanish.Gave it another chance and they failed even worse then before. Want good food go to the new Chipotle across the street!!!!!

On their Google schedule sign and on their door it said that breakfast started at 7:30 am but we entered at 8:00 am and with a rude attitude they told us until 9
Don't select curbside for pickup unless you like sitting in your car while your food gets cold on the counter. They don't bring it out. When you run inside to grab it, you'll also be needing to plan on enough hands to fill your own drinks and grab utensils. The reason I chose curbside was because I'm unable to juggle drinks along with my food, but I got to figure it out today. Food was fine, but the employees don't seem to like doing their job much.

Worst experience went there at 430pm and they didn’t have cheese. I was going to get nachos without cheese. Customer in front of me thinks nachos is the Queso sauce however it comes with cheese instead even the worker thought it was only Queso sauce.What are they going to do with a dinner rush and no cheese?Don’t go to this location.
