Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

The subs here were not unique, or have any type of original touch. They were filling, but merely ok. The atmosphere was ok, did have somewhat of a feel to it, but still did not feel it was any different from any other chow hall. The service was nice and patient while I looked for something unique on the menu, but settled for a BLT. Was ok, but as I walked away, not a amazed feeling, but a regret feeling not stopping into another sub shop that offers a little more difference. The food was done quicker than I expected Never a fan of places where they expect a tip for ordering at a counter, seating yourself and cleaning up after yourself. #notipfornoservice . If you interested in ok food for a ok price with a ok feeling after , but quick friendly service , this is the place .

Capriotti's has great sandwiches with fresh flavors. I had the Bobbie and can say it's a must try! A little bit of mustard pairs well with it and adds to the flavor. Also their chocolate chip cookies- heavenly.

My only qualm is the price, which I feel is a bit steep. For the price I think the sandwiches could have been packed a bit more.

This is the sort of spot you get every once in a while to satiate your craving for a good sandwich! I'll be coming back again in the future for sure.

10/10. Has always been my absolute favorite sandwich spot. Prices can be a little steep depending on the size you get. Christina made a couple of killer sandwiches (slaw be joe and a waygu cheesesteak).
If you have a couple of bucks burning a hole in your pocket, and want a delicious sandwich, this is the sandwich shop for you.

I just had my favorite sub, the classic Philly, and it was delicious as always. The girls working tonight deserve a raise. The service was fast, top-notch, and very friendly.

Ate here for the first time today and it was delicious! I had the Classic Cheesesteak Sub. One of the best I’ve ever had. Service was fast and friendly. And they made it cook to order! So yummy. Can wait to try other subs from here!

Ordered through uber eats a try 2 meal with a sandwich and a soup, they forgot my soup!! Also ordered a grilled cheese kids meal and all they gave me was the sandwich, didn’t get the side or the juice box!!! Like is it that hard to put 2 meals together and make sure they’re in the bag before the delivery driver picks it up?!

My husband and I ordered the classic cheese steak and it was literally just steak and cheese. There was no onion, peppers or mushrooms. This was not as good as other places.

Stopped in 02/25/2025 around 8:45. Told the young man at the register we know you’re about to close don’t worry we will be getting these to go. Lady in the back continued to make rude comments. Young man remained professional. Due to the lady’s actions I won’t be back.

Have been a capriotti's fan for over 20 yrs since living in Vegas...

Staff was cool team of genuinely customer service oriented young folks.

Hot Bobby and classic cheese steak were A+

We’ve ordered from here a few times and the food has always been good. It’s hard to find a decent Philly style cheesesteak in Utah! A few weeks ago we were in a hurry so we ordered two hot sandwiches about an hour early for a specific time to pick up. Unfortunately they were very very cold and seemed to have been sitting out on the counter for quite some time. I mentioned this in the customer survey and the manager, Blake, reached out to me directly and offered a refund for the mistake. I really appreciated that because mistakes can happen anywhere but not everyone will go the extra mile to make it right. I will continue to order from this location any time I get a craving for a good east coast style sandwich!

My boyfriend and I just ate here about an hour ago. He had the Wagyu sandwich is currently very sick from it. I had chicken so I'm not having any food poisoning issues.

The staff is friendly. The atmosphere was okay. The majority of the lights inside the place are flickering which is really annoying.
