Me and my family came in today 5:00pm and the food was okay, but the entire restaurant was dirty, there were spills on the floor and most of the tables weren’t even washed, the kids area looked like with hasn’t been cleaned in months, my daughter brought us a drink and food down from inside the play zone, we were the only ones there with kids. Overall I’m extremely disappointed, if this is how they leave their restaurant for the public to see, I can’t even imagine how they keep the kitchen cleaned, will be calling the company

I dont know what they are doing to there burgers lately but they are gross every time i get one in tastes like it been microwaved , and has that gross taste when hambers has been microwaved on top of that my lettuce taste like it been cooked

Fix the soda machine you use for the drive through, both times I've gone through the drive through I've had to come back in because the drink was warm and flat. Gross, right? Other than that the food itself was as expected.

Went through the drive-thru and was helped almost immediately with someone who sounds happy. I had to ask a few questions since I was also getting my dog a treat, and they helpfully told me you can get a grilled chicken patty!

We stopped to get food on our way out of town, that was a mistake, didn’t get our fries and my bbq chicken sandwich the bun was so hard I couldn’t bit into it, and there was so much bbq sauce my chicken was swimming… it was gross … I had to throw away everything but the chicken … as much money as I spent I was very dissappointed in the food .. and I took pictures, I will not be taking my family back again.. and we live in WVC … so disappointing

Had my first truly terrible experience at this Carls Jr tonight. Both of my jr burgers were ice cold and soggy. Lettuce was brown and wilty. We paid for what amounts to food poisoning waiting to happen. No one will answer the phone now. Absolutely horrific service. 0/5 stars.
