Definitely the person who is making decisions about this company doesn't know what is doing. This location was very good with the manager Luis. I asked where he was and the employees told me that they fired him. It was a very bad decision because he was in charge of this location for many years and he did a great job for many yearsl. The service has changed a lot and the quality of the food has gone down a lot. I hope that Luis is in a better place where they truly appreciate his work and dedication. I hope that the people who had the opportunity to meet him think the same. Brink back Luis !!!!!!

Went to get a $10 mix and match lunch (2 items from a selection of three for $10) that is clearly posted on the store. Ordered 2 famous stars. Wasn't offered receipt. Asked for one and saw upon inspection that I had been charged full price. Asked about it and was told it was my responsibility to make sure the cashier knows I want the deal. Asked to speak to manager. I WAS speaking to the manager. I asked, slightly louder, if we were all expected to inform cashiers of their own menu prices. He rolled his eyes and offered me cash for the difference. It was off by 15 cents but I didn't care any more and left. Food was decent.

Incompetent employees!! I went to the drive thru where the employee interrupted me twice while I was ordering. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, which they put in the bag sideways and apparently didn’t put the lid on properly because the gravy leaked out and ruined everything in the bag, as well as ruining my morning. I tried calling them to complain but nobody would answer the phone.

HORRIBLEE!!!! The soda was syrupy, the burgers looked like they came straight from hell, and they were so burnt! Later that night, my partner got food poisoning as we were supposed to go on vacation the next day!

The food is alright. The employees are not too welcoming. If you want to eat inside I would avoid this place on weekdays from 10 AM to 1 PM as it's near a highschool and it's going to be packed with loud highschoolers
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids play area with about 6 tables for 2 people each. It's a kind of small and it gets real hot if it's sunny. But almost of the time it remains pretty quiet and unused.

The burgers weren't anything amazing, but they were good for fast food. The milkshake was delicious, and they had their fried zucchini available which was awesome. They could use a different brand of ranch though. The employee at the drive through was very friendly and polite.

They missed the main part of a kids meal. Had to drive back to rectify it . Which means my meal got cold as well. Show them my receipt explain to them they did not give to me counter person starts talking to the cooking back somebody got called stupid not quite sure if it was me when I did receive the little five-star meal pieces he kind of just threw them on the counter at me said there you go
Ordered a chicken sanchwich. The chicken was so stringy I couldn't eat it. I have never experienced this kind of chicken before... the cashier was great. Restaurant was clean but because of that sandwich my rating is super low!

We got to the restaurant a little before 5pm and were the ONLY customers in line. We had intended to buy shakes with dinner during the happy hour shake special that ended at 5. We were cutting it close but were ready to order a few minutes before 5pm. We waited for a very long time to get our order taken. More than one employee walked right past us without acknowledging us. When we went to order the shakes we were told we couldn't have the happy hour special because it was after 5. It was literally 5:02 and if we had been helped within 5 qeminutes of when we walked in it would have been before 5pm. When we brought this up to the cashier he looked confused and ignored our complaint. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot, everything but the cashier was totally fine.

I’ve been giving this place the benefit of the doubt because I grew up loving Carl’s Jr, but every time I go it’s always a hassle either it’s with the worker or their attitude. The food is good but the service needs a lot of work I can barely here anything over the speaker and I don’t want to be always feeling like garbage every time I go someplace I wanna enjoy - Do better
