Hello. I just want to talk about my experience at castrachos Restauran today, November 2, 2024, I went to pick up my order at around 4:40 pm for takeout and I asked if my order was ready and if it was ready and I asked if everything was complete in the bag and he answered the girl who is in the box yes, with the surprise that when she got home the beans that came with the castracho breakfast were missing and I called to let them know that they were not coming and the girl apparently asked the person who packaged the food and apparently the person told her He said that he had put it in with a lot of security and they asked me if I wanted to come back to pick them up. The soon to be why the person made me look like a Ratero and that behavior is not right and I also had to go back and waste my time and gas just because No, not being responsible, he preferred to hurt me rather than give me a bad time. Ami, the case is that it has already happened to me 3 times and I have only returned once because there was more than one thing that I missed. I like the food but I would like you to please solve this behavior and let me tell you that it wasn't because it was busy so don't look at it. I had a nice meal with great service. It's listed as a Honduran-El Salvadorian odds are your not going to be hearing to much English inside. However, they did the very best by changing my server to the person who could help me the most. I explained what I wanted and got exactly that. The good was better than I could have hoped for. The whole time I was there karaoke in Spanish was going on. It was funny that one CCR song came on and the host came over to coax me into singing. So I was inspired well enough to sing Living La Vida loco before I left. Thank you for the fun and a good time.

I usually love the pupusas at this place, being Mexican, the only bad thing is that sometimes they don't pay attention to the orders. I just placed an order, trusting that it was complete.
