They asked me to wait 20 minutes for 4 pupusas. Obviously there is no problem since they must be cooked over low heat so that they do not burn like in my case, they were not bad but not delicious either. The worst thing of all is that the person who cooks has no idea that consuming burnt food is not good.

Hello. I just want to talk about my experience at castrachos Restauran today, November 2, 2024, I went to pick up my order at around 4:40 pm for takeout and I asked if my order was ready and if it was ready and I asked if everything was complete in the bag and he answered the girl who is in the box yes, with the surprise that when she got home the beans that came with the castracho breakfast were missing and I called to let them know that they were not coming and the girl apparently asked the person who packaged the food and apparently the person told her He said that he had put it in with a lot of security and they asked me if I wanted to come back to pick them up. The soon to be why the person made me look like a Ratero and that behavior is not right and I also had to go back and waste my time and gas just because No, not being responsible, he preferred to hurt me rather than give me a bad time. Ami, the case is that it has already happened to me 3 times and I have only returned once because there was more than one thing that I missed. I like the food but I would like you to please solve this behavior and let me tell you that it wasn't because it was busy so don't look at it. The reason I hope I don't bother anyone is simply to improve the service and even more so those who are there to take you by the time. The reason they don't have the time to return is because they are at work or very retired, etc. When you eat at the restaurant it is easier to fix it because you don't have to drive, thank you for understanding and thank you for your work.
Their food is super delicious. I love the pupusas there, they are delicious and the desserts are delicious. I highly recommend them.
