Absolutely hands down the best, most authentic food served with modern food truck amenities. We LOVE EVERYTHING!!! The truck we frequent is parked in Stansbury Park at the Tractor Supply Store parking lot. I’d eat there every day, if I could!!
Parking: Place your order and they give you a buzzer to let you know when you’re orders ready so you don’t need to stand out in the freezing cold, rain, snow or heat!!

I love coming to Catrinas ? they are so close to my house and they also have the best birria tacos and consomé that I have tried, always my go to dish. Definitely recommend trying it!

The first times I bought the tacos they served me well, the last two times they were just a little and they didn't add meat, apart from the fact that they are already very greasy. I don't recommend them.
Not bad, the wait wasn't long and there is some seating but it's very limited. Most people wait in their cars or stand. Tacos were delicious and fairly priced.

The food is very delicious, but last time I ordered a quesadilla and it had too much oil, the tortilla and the meat, tasted very bad why it kept running oil everywhere... they shouldn't add so much oil it gives it a bad taste the food... this time it was not good ??
