We came in and the lady that was doing the front looked like she doesn't wanna be in the mood to work today, she gave us an attitude of that they couldnt sell something that we wanted even though their was 20 mins before closing, so we had no option and to order what they could give us. if she doesnt wanna work here just say

I ordered food from here for lunch which was brought to me by Door Dash. The service was quick and they confirmed my order right away. I had the Steak Philly Cheesesteak. It was quite large with generous portions. Absolutely loved the Ultimate fries I ordered with it and lemonade, too. I would definitely go back here. It was super flavorful and satisfying. They even wrote my name with a Sharpie on my take out box so the Dasher brought the correct order. The staff is obviously super conscientious and takes good care to get things right for customers.

We arrived at 5:10 pm and the schedule is that they close until 6:00 pm, and they no longer sell food, only if you want drinks, the entire food area was full with lines of people buying and the lady from this business refusing to sell.What bad attention always ‼️‼️

We went out to the movies at the mall today, wanted to grab lunch beforehand from the food court. We regret choosing this place, & feel like we got food poisoning, both me & my husband were feeling really ill within a short time after having our lunch here. To boot, the people working here are not friendly, and seem to really hate their job. We usually shy away from anywhere that doesn't have a line because that usually means it's not good, should have followed our own advice here too. There's a lot of good places to eat at the food court at this mall, Charleys is not one of them unfortunately & we won't ever go back.

Our food was ordered through door dash and the chicken I got was really bad. It smelt bad and it tasted even worse! It was absolutely disgusting! We also ordered two orders of fries that each had about 10-13 fries in them for $4.49 each! It was absolutely ridiculous! Never going back! Would not recommend!

I used to eat Charley's multiple times per week when I was in the military. Glad to finally be living close to Charley's again! Try the bacon 3 cheese steak. It's the only one I ever get cause it's that good
I have ordered from here probably about 10 times in the last year, food has always been really good. I have used door dash every time. Today I ordered and for some unknown reason they canceled my order. All it said was they were unable to fill my order. Sad thing it the doordash driver was sitting waiting on my order when they canceled it. Probably will not order from them again.

Our French fries were still cold in the middle and I saw the lady who was cooking and making the sandwiches also handle the trash in between cooking (w out washing her hands) then we wonder why we get sick here ??
