I was so impressed with this location! All the staff members were attentive, the service was fast, the food tasted great, but I was particularly impressed with Alex. That man can multi-task like nobody’s business and he has a great attitude as well. Best server I’ve had in years! You’ve got a great team, treat them well.

I got it to go order at Chili’s on 3500 S. and 5600 W. and the people were fantastic. The food is fantastic. The manager Mikey went out of his way to make sure my order was perfect. He’s one of the best managers I’ve ever ran across highly recommend. F Schneider

I don’t know guys… My uncle just choked here tonight and our waitress watch him throw up in his food and walked away🤨 My aunt also yelled for help but everyone kinda just watched, he survived !

We hadn’t been to Chili’s in a long time but decided to give it another try when our original dinner spot had a waitlist. The service was excellent, and the vibe was great. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome right away.
We started with the wings, which were good, and the margaritas were amazing, things were off to a great start. I ordered the fajita trio while my partner ordered a burger. Sadly, the main courses were a huge letdown. The steak was so tough it was nearly impossible to eat, I genuinely questioned if it was even steak. It was so chewy I was afraid I might break a tooth. The burger wasn’t much better, underwhelming overall.
For a total bill of $100, you’d expect better quality food. It was disappointing, especially since the experience had started off so strong. A real bummer.

Shelly was a saint and the perfect ending to a great night! Her hospitality, awareness to our needs, and her warm and kind nature made this chilis feel like home. It wasn't busy but we were neglected by our waitress had to go find her for a drink refill and for the check. Food seemed to be missing menu items they didn't have gravy or ceasar dressing.
