I have been to Chili’s a handful of times and I always walk out asking myself why did I even go back. This time service was good, but my order was simply messed up. I asked for normal fries, but cheese fries were brought out instead. I said nothing but when my just bacon burger was given to me with no bacon was just enough. This has to be the last time to step into Chili’s.

If I was able to put no stars, I would. Customer service needs major training. I was waiting to be helped while numerous employees walked by me not saying a word. I finally went to the kitchen to ask if someone can help me up front! I was extremely displeased and will never spend money with chili’s, west valley city, Utah off 5600 west. I will also let family, friends and google review know how chili’s wvc has the worst customer service ever. Spend your money elsewhere folks.
We called ahead (while we were in the car on our way there) to get put on the wait list and the hostess said she wouldn't take our name down, since there was no wait in the restaurant at the time. I asked her if she could just take our name down anyway and she said no. When we arrived 10 mins later, we were told there was a 30 min wait. I explained: (a) that we had called ahead and we were told there was no wait just 10 mins ago. The hostess rudely responded that "that was over an hour ago when I spoke to you." I pulled out my cell and showed her it was in fact only 10 mins before. She rolled her eyes, sighed like a teenager, and said there was nothing she could do. She didn't offer to bump us up on the list (which is the resolution I really wanted) or get a manager nor did she even acknowledge that maybe she should've just taken our name down when I called. We would've gone somewhere else if we knew it was a 30 min wait, but she assured me on the phone that there was no need to take my name because there was no wait. She was so huffy and rude to us when she got caught out, I won't be coming back.
My fiancé wanted an ice tea and sugar. She was informed that they had now. The food was good, though there was too much gristle on the beef fajitas. The taste of the food was great and it was served hot. I would back again.

The service was awesome The food was awesome and especially our server went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the food and service totally five stars for them! I recommend this restaurant location to all!!

We trade 2 times forks because they were not clean at all. Some one has to pay attention to this importance detail !.QC ( Quality Control ) is badly needed.Also that whole building inside out is starting to show old and paint coming off, especially in the base boards, it needs a deep maintenance bad quickly.

Manager Robert won’t serve drinks ? I showed Certificate of United States Citizenship status which clearly states my name address photo.He stated he need to scan the ID or else nothing he can do.Last week same restaurant honored the same Certificate of United States ?? Citizenship status and served me food with beer ?Was disappointed ☹️Walked out
