Can't get past AI to ask them to put the salsa on the sidebecause the stupid grubhub app doesnt have an option for putting ANYTHING ON THE SIDE. . When I do manage to trick the AI, no one picks up. Extremely frustrating

The staff are always so pleasant and helpful and the food never disappoints! This is my favorite location by far. I hope you’re taking good care of your employees, because they’re fabulous!

Food is good. Service is awful. Rude employees, slow services, did not wash hands between touching items and preparing food. No hair nets, chomping gum over food area. Dissatisfied with this location!

Staff is friendly and professional, the food is tasty only gave them a 4 star because their portions are Inconsistent. Sometimes I'll get a ton and sometimes it'll be hardly anything. I'll keep coming back regardless.

Im so annoyed.. 60 bucks for a tiny burrito that is just beans and rice with a little protein.. no sour cream and cheese like I added. The second burrito came in a bowl instead of a burrito and was also missing the added ingredients. They didnt give me my guacamole either.. what a waste of money.. there is no way that many mistakes should be made!

Spent 60 bucks.. get home and reveal a tiny burrito mostly rice and beans, they didnt add the cheese and im missing my side of guac.. then the second burrito was a salad bowl thing.. that is not how ot what was ordered.. not going to this location ever again. That price is absolutely insane for this!

I ordered for take out and got home to find my protein of choice, chicken and beef (paid for extra protein) was raw. Both protein was not fully cooked but my husband ate his steak bc he was so hungry. The chicken was especially concerning. We live 15 minutes away so decided to call and got a roundabout system with no help. We drove back to have it resolved and to have them remove the protein so no one else would get raw meat. They didn’t do anything about the protein. No apology, and while we got a refund for 1 dish it didn’t feel right for all the trouble. I decided to call the general manager, Talina Jimenez, but got the same roundabout system. Definitely we won’t be returning and truly disappointed in Chipotle.

Included a photo and while it’s hard to tell in pic, you just know when you’re eating uncooked meat. Texture was off.
