Cashier named Ariana did not have the best customer service. Attitude ruined the experience which sucks since this location is the closest to me. Otherwise, food was great and fresh protein.

Could not find it. Poor signage and location.

I went about 5 pm, they we're out of Smoke Brisket already. We informed the server that it was our first time, she didn't seem very friendly. She served the food like she was in a hurry, and we were the only ones ordering at that moment, nobody in the drive-thru.
We tried to ignore her attitude, and we got to our table to eat. The food was without flavor, it looks okay but it didn't taste any good. I prefer Cafe Rio across the street any time. Every sauce was spicy, and they put a ton of pepper on everything. We felt like we were eating extra-peppered flower seeds.
We won't be back. This was our first and last.

This is the second time I visited your store and you were out of items. I walked in at 8:45 and there was no carnitas and there was barely any barbacoa. Last time you didn't have either one of them so I drove across the street to Cafe Olay.

I like to tip good service. But this time around the young lady at the cashier wasn't very friendly so I pulled out to five dollar bills and then I put them back in my wallet. I hope she got the hint that they're not going to make tips with their bad attitudes like that

It seems to me like your employees are pre-closing way early can after customers walk in you're out of what they want to order. It's just my theory but it seems like that's what's happening.

Not sure if I just got unlucky or if portion sizes are shrinking... Ordered a regular burrito today, and it was hilariously small. When I mentioned it to the staff, I got the verbal equivalent of a shrug.

Food was fine, just not great value for money - especially compared to the typical Chipotle experience.

I just tried to go in there at the lunch hour and buy two large quesos to go and they didn’t have any queso made. At lunch hour! The sad thing about it is that they didn’t even realize that they didn’t have any queso ready for the lunch hour , and the manager was standing right there. Very bad management.

The West Valley City Store is hands down the best Chipotle store in the STATE.

This store is extremely well Managed and this can be shown by always having the store extremely clean every time I visit, the store is always stocked all the needed utensils and sauces showing their attention to detail, this reflects as well on their staff from Talina to Leadership at this location; the staff is extremely kind, curtíos, willing to help and attentive to all your needs.

I’ve visited every Chipotle store in Utah and I can assure you, they all should aspire to be half as great as the West Valley Location.
