I ordered for take out and got home to find my protein of choice, chicken and beef (paid for extra protein) was raw. Both protein was not fully cooked but my husband ate his steak bc he was so hungry. The chicken was especially concerning. We live 15 minutes away so decided to call and got a roundabout system with no help. We drove back to have it resolved and to have them remove the protein so no one else would get raw meat. They didn’t do anything about the protein. No apology, and while we got a refund for 1 dish it didn’t feel right for all the trouble. I decided to call the general manager, Talina Jimenez, but got the same roundabout system. Definitely we won’t be returning and truly disappointed in Chipotle.

This guy Alex i believe his name was... WOW outstanding service, every time i come in he has a smiled from ear to ear and a heartwarming greet! 100% recommend this chipotle.

I had a great experience at Chipotle! The service was excellent, especially from Abdi, he was very nice, polite, and made the visit even better. The food was amazing and the portion size was just right. Definitely coming back!

Bear chipotle

Chipotle is a national chain of Fresh Mex style of food. I frequent them when I want beans and cheese and guacamole in a bowl. They satisfy my urge to eat a second meal during the day. I normally eat 1 large breakfast and fast the rest of the day. It is decent food for a decent price.

The Manager Here is Awesome ! I come here atleast 15 times a month and she always take care of me good. It got to the point where she knows my name on the orders and recognizes me when I go inside. The New Adobo sauce is great.

Came in as a first timer to Chipotle the food prep person named Roxy and the one making my burrito Liela were so kind and helpful! They made my experience awesome and ingredients and portions were great for the price! I’d definitely come again with these two working! I’d come to this location every time! Cashier named Ariana did not have the best customer service. Attitude ruined the experience which sucks since this location is the closest to me. Otherwise, food was great and fresh protein.
