The app is very easy to use. They will bring your order right to your car at the time you've ordered it and they are always wonderful. The cookies are tasty and delightful as well!

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm always on crutches (I have not had to use my electric chair) and they always bring my cookies to the car for me. All the stores I have visited have plenty of room to accommodate my chair if needed.

Called about cookies and was told they'd be ready in 20 minutes arrived there fifteen minutes later and was told that it'd take thirty minutes to get them waited and asked another worker and she then told me it'd be an HOUR as her coworker MADE the cookie I wanted pulling the cookie from a HALF FULL tray. Do not come there definitely going to a new location horrible workers and service.

I’ve had bad experiences with the employees at this store. Specifically around online orders that aren’t ready on time or shorted. I don’t understand why if I order something days in advance how when I pick it up they tell me they can’t fill my order. Makes no sense. I even spoke with the franchise owner at one point and he said he would be in touch with me but I never heard from him.
