We love the Culver’s in south Jordan, this location consistently makes poor food. Everytime I get the cheese curds, they’re mushy, stodgy, and stick together. I asked for them to be made fresh and they always say they will and then they don’t. Another time I asked for 2 Buffalo tenders and for some reason they charged me for 4. I’ll be driving out of my way to go to any other location than this one

I'm happy to have gotten great service and great 🔥 hot food. I've just come to expect this. I had the double-butter cheeseburger. There is no other place that makes burgers the way they do, and I've never gotten cold fries here.

I ordered two value baskets with small concrete mixers. I was given two smalls but was given one medium and one small. I have picture proof, can’t see an option to put that on here. Lettuce was wet and sogged the bun. Concrete mixer was so liquidy they put a straw in it. I basically paid $15 to eat cheese curds. Called back and talked with a worker about getting a refund, if it goes through I’ll delete this review or modify it with a higher rating

The service here was absolutely amazing. Not only was the ice cream cold, it was so silky smooth it was fantastic! The food came out piping hot and fresh, yall did not disappoint, thank you for your quick service and great food. Definitely worth the money. I was about to give up on Culvers all together due to a couple hours of issues with West Jordans store. Your location Definitely turned that whole experience around, thank you.

Cheese curds are great, ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onion… I got one and a half pieces of an onion…. I’m sure the burger would be delicious the way I ordered it if it actually had a reasonable amount of grilled onion on it. At least the cheese curds were delicious

I really like this juicy double patty burgers! True deal... fresh never frozen beef! Staff is always friendly. Personally I would prefer different type of fries, crinkle fries aren't the best. Shakes are delicious!!!
