So I took my kid to have a day at the local skate park and built up a appetite, so we decided to grab some tacos at the del taco, we ordered the 5 tacos for 5.90 deal, but when we received the tacos two of them had like no meat or cheese in them, so I decided to ask the lady at the counter if there was anything she could do to fix it, she gave a huge attitude and said that they all come that way, when I showed her the other tacos that had more than the previous two she said there was nothing she could do and just walked off. I will not be coming back to this location, sad cause I love del taco.

Never been to this spot. But I was in the neighborhood. Stopped in for lunch they were busy. Due to the lunch rush. For how busy they were fast and friendly customer service. Food quality wasnt bad either for how busy it was. Place was clean. Did have to use extra napkins to clean off the table top.

Something has happened at this location. The service is now terrible. They can’t get the order right. Constant questions on what we ordered. Still have to keep telling them what combo number it is. How hard is two number 15 breakfast? And just because a woman orders a Coke, it doesn’t mean Diet Coke. The food has lost some quality too. It might be how it was assembled. Grumble grumble, we love Del Taco. But this location is going down hill.

Probably the worst location I have been to. The attitude from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. I dont leave reviews often, but I had to order 3 times with the same person because they weren't paying attention. Then the attitude I recieved when I said it would be to go.
Then the same staff member argued with another customer about how everything was in the bag he just got; when clearly he missing something.

What an absolute crap show. DO NOT come here for food when the bell is just down the street. My wife and I cam for dinner and man what a mistake. my fries were cold as ice and not completely cooked, and I ordered the epic failure burrito meal. my burrito was a mess, the beans were runny almost as runny as the beef slurry they think is meat. they tossed it into a giant microwaved shell that was the consistency of tire rubber and half wrapped it in foil and tossed it in a bag. it was no joke like trying to eat a water balloon. the staff is short with you and come across as rushed and rude. if I spend this kind of stupid money for a meal I expect to be able to eat it. my dinner was completely inedible and I had to stop by the Taco Truck (which should have been my first choice, they were awesome) to get dinner. I feel ripped off.
When I ask for no pico on my burrito then don't put pico on it. It's pretty explanatory when I order it.. This location has been slacking on following the orders coming in. So I hope you can change it and step up to do better...

How many times do you have to tell the person at the window, 2 root beers and 1 coke? She repeated the drinks back to us wrong. We corrected her twice and we still got 2 cokes and 1 root beer. We asked for a handful of mild sauce and got a large sum of medium.
