Del Taco tops the other Mexican inspired Fast Food chains. Fresh, identifiable food products rule the menu. And, for some reason (blame it on good management?⁷) I am always greeted with a warm greeting and smile. How does one do that at 6am? DEL TACO is my ONLY fast food guilty pleasure! Thank you! Sat there waiting to Order for 15 minutes. And was the only one in line. Finally I asked if they still took Oders so finally they take my order and I sat there for 10 More minutes before I got my food. The food was good but the service inside is slow. And 6 dirty tables

everyone has bad days, especially in work that requires you to interact with the public solely. however, to our mans with the ponytail and corny bandaid on his nose; when i politely ask for extra sauce (maintaining my politeness when you’ve been acting nothing but inconvenienced off the rip taking my order at your job you’ve literally chose to be employed at) you have even more of an attitude and i get home and see this kind of passive aggressiveness.. i think you need to look in the mirror and reflect on if you’re that sad at work to seek whatever it is else you want for yourself instead of thinking you’re making yourself feel better by making customers feel like theyre out of pocket and a nuisance with one with a simple request that doesn’t come out your pockets. won’t be returning based off of this little interaction alone, thanks for the 30 sauce packets for 6 items though?

ordered through DoorDash and hard shell tacos were good but epic fresh guacamole burrito was a rip off. Little to no guacamole and very little chicken. I have only eaten at Del Taco a half dozen times but will never go back.

Love the food but the service at this location is horrible. 8 out of 10 times my drive through orders are wrong. Decided to go inside for take out today, order was STILL wrong. Didn’t order anything special just regular stuff off the menu.

They have theeee best Strawberry shakes ever !! I highly recommend. The regular size is too much for me BUT they have a Mini Size ! 😍 It's perfect. Their food is pretty good, they have cheese burgers as well and they are pretty tasty was not expecting that lol so far the times I have gone the staff has been pretty friendly and awesome, they do need more than 2-3 people at night since this location tends to get busy.

The carbonation was not working since atleast Saturday, i tried to call before coming to see if it had been fixed so i wouldn't waste my time or there's, they hung up on my call. The manager actually became belligerent with me and treated me poorly for having ordered a carbonated drink. Treated me as though i was in the wrong because i couldn't understand her through her thick Hispanic accent. Just zero patience zero helpfulness, and a bad attitude to boot.

Had an online order. Said it would be ready for pickup by 8:05pm. When I got there one of the men asked what name on the order and I told him. He said okay and started doing other things so I assumed they were still working on the order. Turns out my order had been ready and just sitting on their counter right under their monitors. I saw the guy look at it multiple times, then finally about 5 minutes later he handed it to me. Had I known that was my order I would have asked for it sooner. I don’t understood if the order is ready why not hand it to the customer?? Is there a point of making people wait when it’s not necessary??

I went at 2 am bc i had some late night cravings. He looked like he was by himself and he took my order quick and got it correct. Im assuming he made the food as well and it was made perfectly!!! He did a great job on top of that he gave me handfuls of sauce!! He had great customer service with a positive attitude. I had a great experience overall!!!
