The manager here was so kind to me. He helped me with my drink order and made suggestions. Then I stupidly dropped my drink and it exploded everywhere. I went back to buy another but he recognized me and gave me a new one without charging me. It meant so much because I was having the worst day. I will come back and leave a good tip at my next visit. Thank you for being so kind!

Service was super fast and the boba was super good! I got a waffle there and even though they said it would take a while, they were able to get it out to me quick! I loved the inside of their shop, it was very clean and the decoration was adorable!

The inside of the building was very nice and appeared clean. However, there were not very many drink options that did not have tea, which was a bummer. I ordered the crème brulee boba drink. There was actually crème brulee chunks in the drink, which I was honestly not a fan of. The boba did not taste fresh and was incredibly chewy.

Had the itch to try out a new boba place, and this happened to be across the street from where I was eating. My impression upon walking in the building was "oh this is nice!" The inside has a coffee shop like vibe with comfortable seating along the edges, and lots of decorations on walls. It was also phenomenally clean. I ordered the number one. The drink itself was super good. I've never had crème brûlée in a drink before. However, I found myself thinking " I wish there wasn't boba in it". The boba places I usually frequent make fresh boba throughout the day. Compared to that, this boba was subpar. It was far too chewy and there was too much of it in the drink, taking away from the delicious flavor.

The product I will have to rate a 10 out of 10. I give the business a 1 star because when you request extra brûlée they usually don't put extra or they only put half of a scoop. It's not fair that you make the customer pay extra when in reality you are not providing the extra ingredient. I don't mind paying the extra money but I would very much appreciate getting what I pay for.
