Ordered pizza, pasta and wings. I will say when you pick up I always enjoy our food because past deliveries have not been the best with actually receiving food. So this particular night I was quoted 18-29 min. I ordered it at 9:22 so give or take should’ve received order no later than 9:51. Watching the tracker showed pizza was removed from oven at 9:37 pm. It sat like that until 10:13pm. 36 minutes it sat out of the oven so I’m hoping that at least it’s under warmers. I actually call because I see pizza just sitting in quality check for a while but I was on hold until after pizza was delivered at 10:30. Pizza was cold and soggy I believe from the moisture of sitting. Wings were cold and pasta has pieces of bacon in it. Had I wanted bacon I would’ve ordered it like that. So whole meal was GARBAGE!! So do order from here but never get delivery is my take away.

I placed an order online and my card was charged immediately. 20 minutes later my order was canceled. I called the store to ask about a refund and a women answered the phone. There was a clear language barrier and instead of getting someone else to help me she got frustrated and either set the phone down or just ignored me because she just completely stopped responding. I eventually had to hang up after 3 or 4 minutes of me saying hello.

Driver left the store at 10:45pm showed up to deliver the pizza to me 2.9 miles away at 11:27pm. The pizza had been smashed into the lid of the box.

I ordered a pizza had an estimated time of 35 minutes and ended up waiting a hour and 15 minutes for it. it got here hard and cold called to tell them and they said they refunded me they ended up not refunding me. then I called again. The manger said he can credit me the same meal and he would link it to my account so I can order when ever and I agreed to that called to order today different manger answered saying they can’t give me the order. I have just been lied to over and over again by these guys wouldn’t recommend

Well I called today to cash in the credit and now they claim that doesn’t exist and there’s no notes on my account stating that was offered to me. It seems they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone but never go through with their end of things. VERY VERY disappointed.
