Food was absolutely delicious, I had some chicken tacos and they could not have been better, the chicken was perfect as well as the pico de gallo. 10/10 and the owner and staff are amazing as well.

I will not go back. There was nothing inviting about this place, there was an odd smell, the food was bland and overpriced.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience.

Right from the start, we had to remind staff to bring our drinks, chips, and salsa. While the chips themselves could have been good, they were clearly made long before our arrival and were stale and hard to chew.

The food service was awkward at best. Instead of serving us together, dishes came out one by one—my nachos arrived first, and then the others followed in 5-minute gaps. By the time the last plate was served, the first was already cooling off.

I ordered the Super Nachos with asada, which I’ve enjoyed at their other location, but this time the meat was overcooked to the point of being crunchy. It didn’t even seem like the same cut—more like ground beef than steak.

The atmosphere was equally concerning. We were the only patrons there during dinner hours, which, in hindsight, wasn’t surprising. The only English-speaking employee was the young lady at the register. Everyone was friendly, but unfortunately, kindness couldn’t make up for stale chips and burnt meat.

The hardest part for me is that I had recommended this place for our celebration. I could see the disappointment on my family’s faces, and I regret choosing this restaurant for such an important occasion.

I have been in nicer prison cells. No decor whatsoever. Whoever swept the floor last week did a very poor job. There was no menu other than the posting on the wall which had no prices. It was quiet excpt for the t.v. program that was kept on in order to entertain thier young child. The dishes came out one at a time, so we did not really eat together as a family. I had the burrito. It was acceptable except for the cold cheese. I will not return.

Coming from California did not have a high expectations for Mexican food in Utah. This place was amazing. The chicken burrito was so tasty and the tortillas tasted homemade. Great restaurant with wonderful food and service

I first tried this place a few years ago, I wouldn't come here often but the chicken and sides were good enough for me to keep coming this past year I noticed that the Mexican rice had an overpowering garlic flavor, and while the beans were just okay, the chicken was actually pretty good. I decided to hold off on writing a review.

After this recent visit, I won’t be going back. The beans tasted like they were starting to go sour, and the macaroni had a strange sour or plastic-like taste. After that, I couldn’t even enjoy the chicken because the aftertaste made me feel like I was eating spoiled meat that had just been cooked.
Not to mention since we ordered on a Monday which comes with free fries, the fries were soggy and tasted like they have been in the freezer for a long time.

My family and I decided to just throw the food away. Defiantly not going back.

The employee that was closing a female 9;14pm was completely rude to me over the phone I found a bug in my food and I simply asked if I could get a refund she demanded me that I bring her the food to the establishment and when I got there I asked what her name was so that I can talk to a manager she refused to give me her name she didn't even want to refund me my full money and then when I was there one of the employees was just dancing and laughing at me I don't know what kind of service they provide here but I hope the manager can see this and can teach their employees some manners. I am disgusted by the food and service. Salt lake health department should give them a report this is so disgusting there is bug parts in the macaroni salad, and there is also underage working here. 2025 beware others have had bugs in their food

The new owners have done such a fantastic job with the restaurant. It was such a great lunch! The food was so delicious I forgot to even take a picture. The best authentic Mexican I’ve had in the valley! Delicious food, great service, and super reasonable prices. Will definitely be coming back soon.

The salsa is so good. Fried chicken is so good, I’m big on their burritos. Would help to speak Spanish, but as an English only speaker I’ve never had an issue getting customizations. Good mexican feeling vibes with roosters everywhere. Great for togo or eat in.

Parking: The lot itself can be hard to navigate as it’s a big lot and a busy street, the business is somewhat towards the back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Low tables, street level, handicapped parking.

Very bad service, nothing but kindness, I will not go again, it is one of the worst experiences I have ever had and a large soda is exaggeratedly expensive.
