Worst Dunkin ever. Constantly out of either large cups hot or cold and Constantly out of creamer’s for flavored coffee this used to be a great location but it has gone down the tubes real quick corporate needs to come in and fix this. This location gives Dunkin’ Donuts a bad name

Went to today for a simple order which was two donuts and a caramel iced coffee. Waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes only to get my coffee with no caramel. It’s pretty disappointing honestly because at least get the order correct if you’re going to have people wait that long.

The West Valley City, Utah location is the worst one I’ve been to. I don’t drink anything but Dunkin’ coffee so I was excited to learn there was one 5 minutes from my new job. Been in there twice and both times the service was awful. The girls don’t know what they are doing. We waited 25 minutes for 3 coffees. None of which were anything fancy. Today my drink was wrong twice. First they made it an iced coffee, then they gave me original coffee instead of French vanilla. Neither girl seemed to care it was wrong. They were more irritated that they had to keep remaking it.

So they were out of bagels and they were also out of old fashioned donuts. And that's all that I really wanted from there. I also got a iced vanilla chai tea and when I got to the drive-thru window they gave me my drink for free because they were out of everything. And I was totally okay with paying for my drink even though they were out of everything else It wasn't that big of a deal. They were super nice about it and I ended up giving them a $4 tip. They have really good coffee, and cheap prices, but I’m not sure if you guys are under staffed, or goofing off, because it takes forever to get coffee out to us. I see people backing out of the drive through.

I placed an order in the drive thru , everything I asked for kept being said was out. They said they couldn't blend a drink so I didn't get anything. Then my brother ordered a blend shake , which they could do? Help that make sense , once I got to pay they hand me this small drink? Keep in mind it was not even filled to the top this is exactly how they handed it to me. I call that extra small! Ohh and surprisingly they then found what my sister wanted to drink once we where about to pull away. They should stick to just making doughnuts

this location makes me feel like I need to be Karen and contact corporate. garbage customer service, girls showing their dirty nails to their friends at the drive through while I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they cant make the latte that I ordered, dirty dirty people. DUNKIN is great, but this specific location is straight up trash because of who they've hired to work there. Just go to another location.

I decided to make an order at DD because they are professional right?! WRONG! I ordered dozen customized donuts for Sunday 8am. I got my order 8:35 am (so late) and I asked to marking letters on top the filling donuts. I got a normal donuts with a hole, melted letters and glazed was so thick and melted. I think a 5 years old kid can do better. So disappointing. Never again

Waited at the drive thru for over an hour. Finally got to the speaker and had to wait another 10 minutes before I could give my order. Went straight to the window because the person in front of me had already left and had to wait another 10 minutes. I ordered two frozen chocolates and they had not taste. I had to pretty much reach into the window to put my card in the reader because she just gave me my total and walked away. An hour and a half to be treated like an inconvenience and beverages that were definitely a let down and not worth the money I paid

i was not satisfying with my donuts. Theres was only one car in the drive thru and as soon as i got my bag of donuts everything was smushed on top of each other and the frosting was getting all over the doughnuts they didn’t take there time to put the donuts in the bag the way it should be. i have pictures so people cant think that is not true.

The wait didn't bother me, but then not only did they forget one of my drinks, but it was wrong. It was supposed to have whipped cream, and it seemed like a totally different drink was made instead. I left without complaining because maybe there was a miscommunication. The employee that helped me did apologize for the wait, and everyone was nice in general. But, I'm still disappointed with how my coffee turned out :(

A Customer

This place is a joke! The person taking our order in the store kept talking to the drive through customers on his headset at the same time and kept interrupting me mid-sentence and then asking me to repeat my order. Then he got the order wrong anyway. The coffee was burnt and nasty, the bathroom was disgusting, they forgot half of our order and I had to go back up to the counter to ask for it after we waited for a long time. And all of this was during their slow time. I can't even image what it's like during their busy time. This was our first and last time in this place.

2/5 because they usually manage to mess my order up. I don't get the drink I asked for or a few times they skip out on 1 of my 2 egg & cheese wraps. I'm picking up coffee to try and get where I need to go quickly & most the time it takes forever to get through the drive thru. I don't have time to complain and correct the orders so I'm just leaving this here.
